Relax y tranquilidad + La tranquilidad y el relax que se siente al entrar en el hotel. Estás totalmente aislado del mundo. Discreto y con pocas habitaciones lo que hace que sea un buen lugar de retiro. − La ventana que daba a la zona de la carretera era un poco ruidosa por la noche debido a que el tráfico se nota bastante y son ventanas de madera. Por otro lado el spa estaba en obras, tema que podrían haber comunicado previamente a la reserva, ya que habíamos escogido el hotel también por sus buenas referencias del spa. Buscábamos relax y tranquilidad en un mismo lugar y al final tuvimos que ir a otro local con spa lo que ha sido un inconveniente y nos ha privado un poco de la experiencia de relax y spa en el mismo sitio que era lo que buscábamos y lo que ofertan en su web que sigue sin anunciar que el spa está cerrado por obras.

Le Dar Rhizlane est un endroit à part, où l'on retrouve exactement ce que l'on espère d'un établissement de cette qualité : calme, élégance, discrétion et surtout un niveau de service exceptionnel. Ce qui fait réellement la différence, c'est le personnel. Une équipe d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours disponible et attentionnée, avec un sens du service qui paraît naturel, jamais forcé ni impersonnel. On se sent véritablement accueilli et considéré. La tranquillité des lieux est également exceptionnelle. Une fois à l'intérieur, on oublie complètement l'agitation de Marrakech : le jardin, la piscine et l'atmosphère générale invitent immédiatement au repos. Un petit clin d'œil tout particulier à Soumeya, la directrice, pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention permanente au bien-être des clients, ainsi qu'à Aziz au bar, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Felt like a private estate. − I would suggest the local taxes be included in the original booking so as to not have a surprise payment on checkout.

Un splendide hôtel avec une très belle piscine + Un très bel hôtel, avec une décoration de goût. La chambre est très jolie et spacieuse, le lit confortable et la salle de bain agréable. Le personnel est extrêmement aimable. La grande piscine et les lits qui se trouvent autour permettent de se délasser l’après-midi après une première moitié de journée dans le tumulte de la médina. La localisation très proche de la ville mais légèrement en dehors des remparts permet d’être proche de tout, mais au calme. − Le petit déjeuner est bon mais un peu répétitif quand on reste 1 semaine. Il pourrait y avoir plus de diversité de gâteaux, jus … Ce serait utile de régler le problème des guêpes autour des tables extérieures du petit déjeuner.
