The reception team was welcoming, and the hotel manager Mohammed Magdi deserves special recognition. Our first room did not meet our expectations, but he handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and kindness. He was always approachable, regularly checked whether everything was to our satisfaction and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture we received before departure. His outstanding hospitality truly made a difference and was the highlights of our vacation.
