Great location but the hotel rooms are outdated and the staff were not helpful. Breakfast was awful. + The location of the hotel is at the heart of the city. − We were given a room with two single beds even though we have specifically requested a double bed. When asked to changed we were told this is not possible. Half of the lights in the room were not functional. The breakfast cost €12 per person and was from 07:00AM-10:00AM, when we arrived for breakfast at 07:40 the buffet was mainly empty only having herring and boiled sausages at the buffet. The coffee machine was old and dirty with no clean coffee cups available. The staff were nowhere to be found and had to wait 15minutes just to get a clean cup for the coffee, the breakfast buffet was not refilled until we had to depart the hotel at 08:15AM.

Very disappointing stay – I would not choose this hotel again. + Unfortunately, there was nothing I particularly liked about my stay. − I was very disappointed with my stay. We expected one double bed, but instead we were given separate beds. The bathroom was very small and there was an unpleasant sewage smell. The room also had a terrible smell when we entered. Everything felt old and in need of renovation. To make matters worse, a few days after our stay an additional €10 was charged from my account without any clear explanation. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations at all.

Place OK for one night! + The location was OK The Parking was OK The Receptionist was nice and helpful − The quality of the room, who was mentioned as being renewed, was if it was done very poorly done
