Amazing location, great views and friendly staff. + The staff were great, particularly in the bar / restaurant. the food was always tasty. − There was a mix up with the initial online booking, such that we didn't get the room we originally requested. The substitute room was still pretty good. The tiled floors tend to be slippery when wet and may be dangerous.

Например, при нас установили вентиляторы на террасу для комфортного нахождения Также они заботятся о собаках, которые живут на их территории, кормят и водят к врачам, собачки очень милые и дружелюбные Бомбезный кофе! От эспрессо до капуча − Очень хотелось бы поставить 10, но возникли несколько проблем: 1. букали с видом на море, но достался частичный вид (меня предупредили заранее) 2. кровати рассчитаны на полторашку пива без позвоночника. Она очень короткая, ужасно скрипит и с плохим матрасом. Спина болит после такого сна 🫠

Disappointing stay – poor maintenance, hygiene issues, and misleading practices + Excellent location − I was very disappointed with my stay at this property, as it fell far below what was advertised on Booking.com and significantly impacted my trip. Upon arrival, the bed was completely unsuitable for tall guests. I am 6’3”, and the bed frame was so short that my feet touched the end, making it extremely uncomfortable and comparable to sleeping in a child-sized bed. I raised this with reception, and while the manager attempted a solution by adding extra mattresses, they were incorrectly sized and placed sideways, resulting in a poorly arranged and still uncomfortable sleeping setup. Cleanliness was also a major concern. At breakfast the following morning, there were visible stains on the breakfast table, which is not acceptable in a hotel environment. + The view and location, local staff was friendly − Accommodation dates had to be changed by the hotel after reservation. There was some hassle in arrival and the locks of our room had to be changed, tidiness could have been better. The tap was broken. The bed was very short even though were are not that long people. Staff was smoking in the hotel area. Music was very loud in the restaurant even in breakfast. We didn´t get help finding a scooter for rent, the manager just told us it´s hard because of the high season.

Paradise Surfers + Le calme, l esprit surfer, la vue, le bruit des vagues, le spot de surf devant l hôtel. Bref, le paradis sur terre. − Pas grand chose. Peut-être l eau qui passe sous la porte quand il pleut vraiment fort. Mais une serviette et ça suffit.

Perfekt ! + Hotellet har ett riktigt bra läge med fin utsikt över havet, vilket gör vistelsen extra härlig. Det ligger också nära surfingen, perfekt om man vill ut i vattnet. Frukosten är bra med ett bra utbud, och det går även att beställa middag på hotellet – vilket vi gjorde, och det var också väldigt gott. Rummet var stort och hade en stor balkong med fantastisk havsutsikt, ett riktigt plus! Personalen är trevlig och gör att man känner sig välkommen. Vi trivdes jättebra och vill gärna komma tillbaka!

Great location and view but poor experience during offseason + Great location with views of the beach and private beach access. The hotel refunded remaining nights. − There is no wifi/extremely slow connection from the room. The location is in a zone where there is no cellular coverage for the main tourist sim provider which meant we had no internet access. The power went off at 2AM and wasn’t turned back on until 7AM meaning we couldn’t sleep as the air conditioning didn’t work. The place is old and not kept up to date and could do with some work- there is saltwater damage/corrosion which is expected. The place had no access to drinks/food outside of the included breakfast - told because it was the offseason

+ Location − De bar was gesloten. We wisten niet waarom. Service met betrekking tot ontbijt was ook niet goed. We hebben een uur moeten wachten. Ook was het geen seizoen waardoor je niet kon surfen. Dit kon op andere plakken wel in Mirissa. We hadden het fijn gevonden als dit van tevoren was aangegeven
