It was comfortable, will be back + The location by the beach was exceptional. Loved the plunge pool − I wish the pillows were a bit more comfortable. Also the plunge pool was not heated , they said it was broken.

+ We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea-view room right at the front, which made our stay even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the restaurant team — Dilki, Yadith, Raktha, Deneth, and Ajith — who were absolutely superb. They were always attentive to our needs, went out of their way to make us comfortable, and provided excellent service with genuine warmth. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely recommend Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa and would be very happy to stay here again!
