Worst night/stay ever!! + Location is ok, already stayed here. However we had the worst experience ever. − We checked in at 3:00 p.m. and immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working. Before we went out for a walk, we informed the reception desk, but we were told that it simply needed some time to cool the room. The Wi-Fi was also not working. When we returned from our walk, the air conditioning was still not functioning. After dinner, the room had become unbearably hot. The hotel sent three different staff members to inspect the air conditioning, but the whole process took more than 1.5 hours. Since we had to wake up at 3:00 a.m. for an early flight, getting some sleep was extremely important to us. During this time, we had to sit in the hallway with our luggage for over 1.5 hours, sweating while waiting for a solution. Eventually, we were informed that the issue could not be fixed and that we would be moved to another room. However, changing rooms took another 30 …

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. + Resepsiyondaki görevli çok ilgiliydi, her şeyi çok güzel organize etti. Havalimanı transferimiz tam zamanında bizi aldı. Odamızdan bavulları almak için haber vermemizi istediler, arar aramaz geldiler. Tüm personel çok güler yüzlüydü. − Sivrisinek çoktu.

− Everything costs money, breakfast costs money, even the drinks in the room cost money. We were supposed to stay for 3 days, but we didn't like the hotel and only stayed for 1 day, and they charged us for that too. The hotel was greedy. The hotel doesn't resemble the pictures at all.The smell of the restaurant and food hits you as soon as you enter, you have to climb stairs to the rooms, there's no elevator, but it was fairly clean, 3 out of 10.

Il migliore benvenuto in sri lanka + Lo staff e’ impeccabile e gentilissimo. La camera pulita e spaziosa. Al ristorante gentilissimi e abbiamo mangiato molto bene.

+ Room was spacious and comfortable, hot shower with good water pressure. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, one of the best meals I had whilst in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was excellent too.

Relaxing + Location and friendly staff − Inflexibility of menu if something was not available from our set menu, to be charged for something to replace an item ordered that was not available seemed harsh.

+ Hotel is schoon en comfortabel. Eten in het restaurant is heel lekker. − De handdoeken rek en een van de lamellen viel af maar die hebben ze meteen de dag daarna vervangen. En er is geen lift.
