+ Die Lage ist sehr und die Sauberkeit gut gut. Der Service ist sehr bemüht es einem angenehm zu machen. Wenn man spät anreist, kann man über Nacht gut und kostenlos sehr nahe öffentlich parken. − Die viele Treppen sind gut und richtig beschrieben und keine Überraschung, können aber für ältere, übergewichtige Gäste eine Herausforderung sein.

Pessimo in edificio storico + Staff gentile. Posizione centrale. − Alloggio Appartamento Duplex assolutamente non corrispondente alle immagini dell' annuncio. La realtà è molto diversa da quanto appare nella presentazione della struttura e del singolo appartamento. Ambiente angusto, poco arieggiato, maleodorante. Molto caldo, condizionatore portatile non adeguato e senza corretto collegamento con l'esterno. Finestre non oscuranti. La camera al secondo livello è un tugurio con una finestrella minuscola. Al piano 4 con scale strette e sconnesse.

+ La ubicación , el apartamento precioso,limpio, moderno. − Hacia un calor insoportable. De verdad que tendrían que acondicionar mejor los apartamentos. A nosotros nos tocó el apartamento de arriba,y fue muy difícil subir el equipaje, escaleras diminutas y muy empinadas. Tendrían que habernos avisado, que es difícil acceso.

+ Beautiful location at Place Kleber. All sights in walking distance. Clean and welcoming. Modern bathroom in an original medieval building. − During a heat-wave the airconditioning was very inefficient and noisy. While Place Kleber is a good starting point for exploration of Strasbourg, the Place can be quite noisy in the night if you have to keep windows open due to the A/C topic.

Locatie perfect. Maar verder niet meer dan gemiddeld + - Locatie - Perfect. Midden in het centrum met Place Klebèr gelijk voor de deur. − - Parkeren - Deze moet je aanvragen bij de host (in ons geval €30,-). Deze moesten wij ook direct, cash voldoen bij de host (beetje apart). Na 2x een verzoek te hebben ingediend via de Booking app (geen reactie). Direct een Whatsapp bericht gestuurd en zo de parkeerplaats kunnen regelen. Bijaankomst staat iemand buiten te wachten, welke vooroploopt naar de parkeerplek (grote parkeergarage met verschillende routes en slagbomen). Dus parkeergarage is smal en max 180 hoog (een stationwagen + dakkoffer paste er net in). De parkeerplek zelf is niet berekend op moderne auto’s (dus smal). Ik moest mij tussen een paal en andere auto parkeren waardoor mijn medepassagiers eerst moesten uitstappen voordat ik inparkeerde. Zelf kon ik mij echt net aan uit de auto wurmen. Advies van de host; misschien moet je via de bijrijdersstoel in en uitklimmen als daar meer …

Je recommande cet appartement + Emplacement parfait pour un centre ville, literie très bien, tout pour cuisiner, douche au top, apparemment spacieux. Bon rapport avec les hôtes. − Située au deuxième étage l'activité nocturne de la rue est un peu bruyante mais cela ne nous a pas dérangée.

+ Muy centrico. Buen tamanyo para 4 personas. − Aunque en la discripción dice que todos los apartamentos tienen AC, no lo tienen! La entrada hasta el apartamento esta muy sucio y poco cuidado. Delante de la entrada al edificio duermen los vagabundos, cosa que lo hace poco agradable a volver al apartamento con ninyos por la tarde/ noche.

Super Lage für 1-2 Nächte aber etwas schmudelig + Die Lage ist top! − Irgendwie etwas schmudelig und die Treppe bis in die kleine Wohnung ganz oben ist ewas gefährlich.

+ Sehr zentrale Lage, eine besondere Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten, Couch, Tisch, Bad - alles, was man für zwei Tage Strasbourg braucht. − Man darf keine Platzangst und keine Angst vor Feuer haben. Das Haus ist sehr verwinkelt und die Wohnung ganz oben unter dem Dach. Eine Schöpfkelle für Suppe wäre schön gewesen, aber ging auch so.

+ Die Lage. − ...dass das Appartement im dritten Stock liegt und nur über eine schmale hölzerne, Treppe erreichbar ist. In der Dusche kann man sich kaum umdrehen und der Wasserhahn ist so angebracht, dass man ihn beim Duschen mit dem Körper berühren und sich mit heißem Wasser verbrühen kann.

Sehr gute Lage, aber ... + Ein entzückendes Haus, in allerbester Lage. Die Wohnung geschmackvoll und absolut komfortabel eingerichtet. Garage stand, gegen Extra-Gebühr, in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. − Keine Rezeption im Haus. Ansprechpartner nicht persönlich vor Ort. Brandschutz äußerst fragwürdig. Keine Übergabe beim Check-out, sodass auf Mängel nicht hingewiesen werden konnte (verstopfter Abfluss, defekter Stuhl). Bei akuten Mängeln (Wasserschaden) keine sofortige Abhilfe.
