Calm and relaxing stay, staff is amazing! + Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Saman. He showed us around all the beaches and really took his time. When the sea turtle came to one of the beaches in the morning he called us and showed us how to feed him, so amazing! There weren't a lot of guests in the hotel so it was a really calm and relaxing stay. − The ac in the gym wasn't working really good, so it felt a bit like a sauna. The gym equipment was good though. Also, the ac in the room wasn't super cold.

The resort offers the perfect combination of peace, tranquility, and natural beauty. The calm atmosphere and the stunning beach with beautiful sunrise & sunset made our stay incredibly relaxing. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Ms. Lakshani & the staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The highlight of our experience was definitely the food. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

+ Started with 2 kids. The hotel design and the facilities are very good. View was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful.. Nice garden. Good exploring place to kids. − The road to hotel was bit bumpy which has nothing to do with hotel but should be taken care by local municipal council.

+ The breakfast was good and staff was also being really supportive. The view here was amazing. we got a beach front room and it had one of the best views − The only downside was that another group staying at the resort hosted a DJ party that continued late into the night, disrupting the otherwise peaceful and relaxing environment.

+ A large room with a comfy bed. − The air conditioner was not functioning properly during our stay. It would also be appreciated if a wider variety of breakfast options could be offered. In addition, the breakfast buffet was not replenished promptly when certain items ran out. On several occasions, we had to inform the staff that dishes needed to be refilled, and it took a considerable amount of time before they were replenished. When we requested finger bowls, we were instead asked to wash our hands at the sink. Providing finger bowls upon request would enhance the overall dining experience especially for the people with little infants. We also noticed that the Google Maps navigation directed us to a very rough access road leading to the property. It would be helpful if the location or navigation details could be updated so that guests are guided via the most suitable route.
