+ Very impressive hotel, huge rooms and happy, helpful staff. − 2km from center so need taxis or hire a motorbike.

Be carefull + Zwembad − Oud hotel , dringend renoveren. De rekening bij het uitchecken was fout . Na de rechtzetting ging het weer fout . In plaats van 1500000 kip ( $70 ) liet men mij 1500 dollar betalen .

Great accomodation in a massive hotel + There is definitely a lot of space. The room was spacious. Nice abd cozy pool area. − The size and the space comes with a price. You must not be afraid of walking a few meters. And you are not in the center. Availability of taxis and tuk-tuk’s covers for that.

Expected more. They can improve + Big property − Flush did not work. Small details were not taken care. Key card did nor work had to walk back all the way to get it reactivated. Flush did not work

All excellent except for no spa available. + Great swimming pool. Very good breakfast. − The Spa was closed. Not sure why. Low season maybe? I didn’t realise there was nothing nearby

Fantastic and grand hotel with perfect views of the Mekong, and easy 15min taxi into Vientiane centre + I really enjoyed my stay here in July 2026. The hotel was grand and big, as was my room which was highly affordable for the level of quality. It boasted a big bedroom and bathroom, plus a balcony with fantastic views of the Mekong. Staff were highly attentive and polite - including a welcome juice upon checking in, and fresh fruit after I reached the room. I can’t fault my stay here - especially as taxis into Vientiane centre were only about 15mins and access to the airport was smooth and easy too. More people should know about Vientiane - I had a gem of a time there and at this hotel. − N/A
