FANTASTIC + I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop sunset view was absolutely fantastic. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploring

+ Mooi uitzicht vanop het balkon, vriendelijk personeel − *we hadden een prive kamer met badkamer, maar konden de eigen badkamer amper gebruiken, er was geen warm water, ze zijn dit komen maken maar hierdoor moesten we 2-3uur op de kamer aanwezig zijn. *de pombak stond los, waardoor als we onze tanden poetsten of handen wassen, je plots in het water staat. Als je hier even niet over nadenkt, is alles plots helemaal nat aan je voeten *overdag een heel goed sprekende Engelse vrouw, maar s avonds viel er een Vietnamese vrouw in, zeer vriendelijk, maar verstaat nietz, en google translate en gebarentaal werken amper. Plots stond ze ongevraagd in onze kamer terwijl ik niet omgekleed was. Uit goede bedoeling om iets te begrijpen, maar wel zeer ongepast. Het leek ook niet dat ze doorhad dat dit ongepast was

+ Volunteers on the bar were amazing. Really helpful. Very sociable on the rooftop. Bed was ok. − I had the worst bed in a corridor space within the room, unable to charge my stuff and no light where my bed is. The reception staff were ok, but one of the older men was a bit rude. Reception staff also took ages to book things that would be so simple and easy to do.

Pleasant stay in a great location, but quiet hours would make a huge difference + The location is why I booked this place; it's right in the middle of Vang Vieng, but on a side street between the two north-south main roads. Close to restaurants, trip booking, ticket booking (but you always are in VV). Comfy beds - not too hard, not too soft. In-house laundry service available (changed to 30k from 40k/kg during my stay). In-house breakfast options available for 50k a serve, although options are limited to scrambled eggs on toast and 2 pancakes with banana slices and condensed milk drizzled on top. A little something to get your day going without the need to go out. The staff were a bit cold at first, but warmed up to me a lot during my stay to show that they're actually pretty cool and attentive. I reported a couple of problems and they acted on them immediately. − There was loud music playing a lot of the time, and usually from more than one source.

+ Le rooftop − La chambre avec la climatisation a fond et qui fuit (eau au sol, sur les sacs). Un frigo. La chambre minuscule pour 8lits (chambre femmes). Pas de place pour mettre nos affaires. Une douche sur les deux avec de leau chaude. Deux douches pour l'étage soit plus de 15 personnes.

Gibt schönere Hostels + Das Hostel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Zentrum. Von oben hat man eine super Aussicht. − Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Kaum Platz fürs Gepäck. Außerdem war es leider relativ dreckig. Nicht nur der Boden im Zimmer, sonder auch die Toiletten. Die angebotenen Touren, Taxis etc. sich teurer als normal. Han zB die Heißluftballon Tour bei Mr Kham gebucht, welche im Hostel mehr als 10$ teurer gewesen wäre. Auch bei der Buchung von einem Tuktuk behält das Hostel 1/3 des gezahlen Preises selber.
