+ Swimming pool and breakfast was very good. Quiet area.Delux room over looking the pool. Large room with comfy beds. − Didn't feel comfortable using 2 different card machines checking in. Done this twice as stayed extra night.

Luang Prabang, capital cultural e histórica de Laos + la ubiicación, está muy cerca del centro, y andando unos 15 minutos a la redonda del hotel encuentras los sitios más turisticos. la comodidad de la cama. la atención del personal. el desayuno también estaba bien. − no es que no me gustará. solo son dos apuntes, que para mi, mejoraria la comodidad de la habitación. 1- a la habitación le faltaría un poco más de luz, tipo lampara en la mesitas de noche. 2- le faltaba presión a la ducha.

Dodgy management - avoid this place + Booked this room the Booking.com app. App said your booking is confirmed. Got a message through Whats app from property asking me to confirm my booking and provide the booking number. I did that but when I arrived they said they had no record of my booking. Said no rooms available. They could put me in a room at one of their other hotels. − Tried to scam me into taking a room I didn't book at a hotel I had never seen. I would not recommend this place. If you book with them be very careful.

+ Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön und liegt in sehr guter Lage. Das Personal, insbesondere der junge, freundliche, lustige und sehr kompetent Manager waren immer für uns da. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dem Haus wohnen.

Lamentable et indigne d’un 3 étoiles manque certain de professionnalisme − L’hôtel a annulé la réservation la veille en fin de journée en reconnaissant une erreur de planning (réservation depuis plusieurs mois ) Puis a proposé un autre hôtel consternant et plus cher ( indigne d’un 3 étoiles) Quelle erreur d’avoir accepter … Le seul point positif fut la gentillesse et l’amabilité du réceptionniste gardien
