Der Garten der Villa Thakhek ist weit angenehmer als jeder Balkon. + Villa Thakhek besitzt einen angenehmen schön beleuchteten Garten mit Rasen unter Palmen und Garten Möbeln zum relaxen. Wir genossen das Ambiente dort sehr. Relativ zentral gelegen zu Geldwechsel und Tankstelle und doch sehr ruhig. Wir hatten jeweils ein schöne Zimmer (vor dem Loop Nr. 3, nach dem Loop Nr. 2 für 2 Tage. Sehr gute gefederte Matratze im Doppelbett. AC & Van, Kühlschrank, TV (für uns unwichtig), schnelles WLAN, Kaffeekocher mit Nescafe. Gefliestes Bad, warme Dusche, Zahnbürsten, Shampoo- und Duschgelspender Polsterseesel mit Tischchen sowie schmückende Holzskulpturen auf der Veranda. Alles sehr ordentlich. Personal freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit. Täglich frischer Handtuchwechsel. Die Rezeption verfügt über einen Gepäckraum, sodass man den Thakhek Loop von unnötigem Gepäck entlastet antreten kann. + Our stay at Villa Thakhek was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel completely at home. The entire team went above and beyond, but a special mention must go to the wonderful female property manager, who truly made our stay unforgettable. She was always polite, friendly, and incredibly attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. Every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile, making our time there completely stress-free. 🌟 One of the biggest challenges when traveling in Thakhek is transportation, especially since rideshare services aren’t available in the region. However, the staff made what could have been a logistical nightmare incredibly easy by arranging tuk-tuk transportation for us whenever we needed it. This service alone made exploring the area effortless and allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip without worrying about how to get around. 🚖 Another standout highlight …

+ Très beau cadre, et les logements sont grands, avec des jolies décorations. Se rapproche du resort au prix hôtelier. J'ai adoré Les formules à 50kk petitdéjeuner sont sympas. Les employés sont accueillants. . − Juste un bémol : les chambres sont toutes collées et vous vivez avec vos voisins, vous entendez tous ce qui se passe, et ça pertube . Il y a eu même une entrée à 2 h du mat, ce n’était pas respectuex, les arrivant ont parlé forts et claqués les portes.

Don’t book here if you’re looking for a relax/ cool down + Room was clean − Lost power in the night we stayed so had no AC sweating all night and wake up to find we couldn’t have a shower either because the shower is electric. Spoke with staff in the morning and they were dismissive about our concerns and offered no apology. Electricity didn’t come back on until 6pm the next day and no compensation nor even an apology is offered. They couldn’t help us booking onward travel. They couldn’t help us sort laundry. They only had two breakfast options in their “restaurant” which are both either toast or toast with an egg. This was a cr4p stay wouldn’t stay here again.

+ Magnifique cadre, au calme et très propre. Le personnel est très gentil et nous avons pu louer des scooters directement avec eux. − Un petit peu loin du centre. Il faut prendre un tuktuk ou scooter pour aller plus en ville.
