Disappointing + Waited thirty minutes at checkin because they could not find my booking Room smelled of concrete as if new but hotel appeared to maybe refurbished Bath Robes dirty around neckline as though never washed No acknowledgement when transiting lobby I believe I booked high floor with view of river, this was not registered on my copy of booking so ordinary room. Cleaners were regular but not well trained so floor/ bathrooms not cleaned throughly. In short I was an inconvenience to the running of the Hotel.

+ Hotel couldn't find a record of my booking so initially was given an upgrade to the VIP suite but then later coming back in the evening was told I had to move to another room as the VIP suite had been booked. All rather disorganised really... Then going for breakfast in the morning not too late a time, there was nothing left and so the staff just went and fried me two omelettes... was expecting more for what I had paid. Overall, very disappointed with this hotel and not likely to choose to stay here again.

+ staffs were not as helpful as I would like them to be. They tried but was less skillful or trained in customer service. I wish they were a little more accommodating. Otherwise location of this hotel is excellent, waking distance to everything I needed (food and shopoibg)..

A reasonable choice in Vientiane + Great location & clean, comfortable room. The rooftop pool area is a bonus with a lovely view of the Mekong however, it could be much more of a feature. Breakfast was adequate.

+ There was no hot water in the shower. My room didn’t have enough towels for two. Worst part, there were bed bugs.

+ 5min walk to very popular Night Market. Hotel beginning to deteriorate from lack of care and service. We learned the hotel don’t pay livable wages, pay regularly, or pay staffs their full working salary. Staffs are often compensated only partially for their work and some months WITHOUT pay. That explains why the hotel is not kept clean. Most disappointing thing was seeing supervisor walk in and took the tips left for the worker, a single worker working alone in the cafeteria and pocket it for himself.

+ Opened the room door, walked in and 3 cockroaches ran across the floor. I appreciate its a warm country but i don't expect to be greeted by them.

+ Door was broken. Told customer service and they did NOT remedy until it fell off.

+ The property are steps to the night market. Like most hostel here, the room has bare minimal. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. I experienced a black out for about 10 seconds. It’s a decent stay for the price.

+ The room is fine, not clean but Ok, there are paint and dirts on the floor. The furniture old. We booked Deluxe with balcony. The hotel is in the process of renovation. The front desk staffs are not friendly, not smile and not greeting guests. I can understand because they are mostly dealing with Chinese tourists…
