A balcony with a view BB on + The Family Room has a fantastic view of the Mekong and the Chomphet district hills, and is excellent for people watching. The room is very large and lovely. For me, a highlight was the bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking distance to everything. Toiletries were packaged sustainably. − The tv didn't have any English speaking channels. Water provided in unsustainable plastic packaging.

Not the right place for me. + It was a big room with nice windows and the whole balcony over the river was just for this room. That was delightful. I think it would be good for people who want short stays and a big room and balcony over the river. It would be a great place for a family because it has a big bed and 2 twin beds − I had booked for 2 weeks but moved out after the first night because the smell of the perfume on the bedding was so strong I could not sleep. And I injured my knee. The very steep steps to the outside had a railing that was pulling away from the wall at the very top. I travel for business and have a computer etc. The steps down are shared by several rooms and opened directly to the street, not through the lobby and only had a bathroom type lock on the door. I did not notice in the info that there was no safe. There were no lights next to the bed, only ceiling lights with a switch by the main door and a lot of the bulbs were out. Incredible value, spacious and bright. + I loved my stay here. Incredible value with good clean room with tons of space and good light. Great location! − Bed was a bit hard but that’s a personal preference.
