Schöne Anlage aber ausbaufähiger Kundenservice + Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr lecker. − Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war defekt - die war unglaublich laut, so dass an schlafen nicht zu denken war. Als wir das Problem beim Checkout kundgetan haben, inkl. Eines Videos des lauten Geräusches, entschuldigte man sich zwar, bot aber keinerlei Entschädigung an. Auch nicht als ich danach gebeten haben. Ich finde in einem so teuren Hotel, und es ist das Beste in dem Ort, wäre dies angebracht.

+ The breakfast was very nice. We sat outside and the view was very pretty. − We were disappointed that our room was located at the very bottom of the property. We had to walk up and down what felt like 5 flights of steps in pouring rain. The hotel was mostly empty and there were plenty of rooms that were located closer to the lobby and restaurant/bar of the hotel.

Très bon hôtel pour une a 2 nuit + Piscine très bien placé et propre literie haut de gamme − Douche très bizarre , Clim coincer dans un meuble ce qui gâche son efficacité et toilette complètement noisi au niveau des murs

Would I stay here if I visited again? Yes 100% + The location on top of the hill with a great view from the pool is perfect! The staff spoke good English and had great conversations with them. They are also really attentive and can not do enough for you. Perfect! Also top marks to the chef, breakfast was great!!! − Absolutely nothing.

+ Mooi gelegen luxe-logies met prachtig uitzicht op de Mekong. Zwembad met fantastisch zicht. Lekker eten in het restaurant. − Het resort ligt wat uit het centrum. Van aan de boatpier brengt een tuk tuk je naar het hotel.
