Good, but not great accommodation. + The room was clean and with all the facilities that you would expect. − Our room was not like in the photos! There was no space to put and unpack bags.

Great place to stay + Newly renovated room with balcony. Staff were courteous and efficient. Walking distance to many major sights. − Balcony room is great, but be aware there will be some traffic noise and one flight of easy stairs.

Clean , quitte and Professional + Very Nice place to stay at . The room is so cosy and clean ,all aminities are there Even an umbrella. The staff is well spoken in english and i booked my tours with them. They also have a loundry with Great Service . Great location too to have lunch or diner. + The manager from Vietnam was great but the local staff all seem to resent the guests. Great location, the hotel is old like all the buildings in Laos but was better maintained than most. − The manager offered to book travel on the fast train. Unfortunately he was not available on the day I wanted to make the booking. The assistant manager has no idea what he was doing. Told me at least four different times that I couldn't travel on the days and times I wanted. I ended up doing the booking myself online for the time and date I wanted initially. One morning add I stepped out the cleaning staff were outside the room, they asked if I wanted the room done, I said yes, when I came back that evening the room had not been done? Maybe it's a language issue. I found most Laos people I interacted with have no foreign language skills or seemed to understand universal hand gestures such as ironing or water, cup etc

Spacious room with great amenities. + Spacious room with good bathroom / good shower. The small balcony area was a nice add on. Amenities were good. We loved that there was free water available in the kitchen / breakfast area to use when needed. Cleaning service was also great. − N/A - no issues at all

A veyry good place to stay, but there is no museum + The friendly staff. Good location 1.5 k to the old city − The name is misleading, it is not close to any museum. There is not option of Laotian breakfast, only western breakfast. That was disappointing

Superb stay, awesome Team and right in the middle of Luang Prabang, everything can be done walking + Steve and rest of the team went beyond my expectations. They were superb from the moment I arrive, checked in, got room 101, 1st one, easy in and out, but still very quiet and peaceful. Steve suggested the all day trip with Mr.Pong, which basically was the best day so far on my whole stay in Asia! Wow, that day was worth my whole visit to Laos, together with my stay at Museum Inn, so close to city center and the market, what a gem of stay I had. I superbly suggest Museum Inn & Steve and all the ladies, they were outstanding, made me feel so relaxed, so welcomed, so well looked after, wish the Team was here in Bangkok, where I'm currently staying as well lol. You really missing out if you decide to stay somewhere else. − Nothing to highlight, everything was superb, so just writing this to fill the blanks, nothing I didn't like.

Felt like home. + I stayed 9 days. The staff was so friendly. Steve helped me with taxis and gave me tips on what to see and do. The room was just right. I will stay there again for sure.

C’est un endroit où je suis déjà venue deux fois et j’y reviendrai ne serait ce que pour la gentillesse du personnel, le + J’ai adoré l’accueil, le sourire , le professionnalisme du personnel à l’accueil, la propreté de la chambre nettoyée chaque jour, le calme de l’hôtel et la proximité de la péninsule. − Je pense que le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Les pancakes pourraient être cuisinés dans une autre poêle que les œufs. Ce n’est pas négatif. J’ai beaucoup aimé les fruits et le café.

Great value for money, amazing front desk. + Comfortable beds, well-equipped rooms with everything you might need, great attention to detail, and excellent service from Steve at the front desk. − In my opinion, it’s not a big deal — just a 10-minute walk from Main Street. In fact, I find it rather beneficial, since the area around the hotel is much cheaper, with more local places that open earlier and stay open later.
