+ We were pleased with the hotel's service. The hotel provided our golf group with a very thoughtful breakfast. We highly appreciate the hospitality of General Manager_ Mr. Akash from India. The hotel's breakfast was delicious. Good location, We will book this hotel again next time we visit Vientiane.

Wow. Would love to stay here again. + OMG. The best. Staff, wine, welcome, welcome wine, 7th heaven restaurant food, lobby floor beautiful, room unbelievable. We had a triple. Huge. Gorgeous decor. Bathroom amenities you could eat they smelt so great if you like coconut! Coffee pod machine. Bathroom huge. Love love loved it. Having dinner on the rooftop is great but book ahead. The meals are huge - some plates to be shared. − We didn’t like that we only stayed one night!

Great boutique hotel right by the river + Perfect place to end my Laos trip. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, clean, professional, well located. My room had a lovely balcony which was a great place to have breakfast or watch the sunset. Not the cheapest place, but it was fine for a night. Best place I stayed at in Laos. Easy to get to the airport or city centre. − Not an issue but it feels more like a place for couples and big groups, so keep that in mind if solo and conscious of that sort of thing.

Outstanding service and room size + We loved the room at La Seine. The GM was outstanding and really helpful. We arrived late around 10pm and since the restaurant was closing he messaged us before and asked if he could help us order in advance so that we would have a meal ready when we arrived. The food was much better than expected. Overall this was outstanding value for money and we'd happily stay there again in the future. − Honestly, I can't think of one negative.

Trop court, nous reviendrons … + Le manager et le personnel au top. La chambre, le lit , la pression d’eau de la douche et la climatisation qui ne souffle pas sur le lit . Le restaurant en rooftop excellent. − Rien

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit deutlichem Wunsch eine gute Arneit zu tun + Bett gut, alles sehr sauber, geräumig, Platz für 2 Koffer!!, gute Fensterisolation. Wunderbarer Duschstrahl. Personal geht auf die Aussagen und Wünsche ein: zum Beispiel Temperatur erhöhen in der Lobby ( wir wären sonst beim Frühstück erfroren😉) − Details: Das Yoghurt kam im Yoghurtbecher —> könnte man in ein nettes Glas /Gefäss abfüllen. Bad: Leider nirgends Hacken, um feuchtes, auch Handtücher, aufzuhängen. Gestell im Gang: Abstellkammer? Gang 1. Stock. Wände mit Flecken bei Zi 101. Man könnte es auch bemalen wie die andern Wände. Ein einziges no-go: Antwort auf eine Bananenbestellung: „the kitchen is busy“. Auf nachdrückliches Reklamieren ging es dann doch.

Increíbles habitaciones en un hotel boutique + Las habitaciones eran espectaculares, todo, la cama con dosel, el cuarto de baño, la ducha, la amplitud del espacio para poder colocar las maletas, la amabilidad del equipo de recepción, el desayuno "a la carte" en el bar de la entrada con su decoración al estilo bodega antigua y la comida en el restaurante en el roof top. − Está un poco a las afueras de la ciudad y las vistas desde las ventanas (al menos en una de las nuestras) invitan más a mirar hacia dentro ya que lo que se veía era el edificio colindante que esta algo pocho.
