Great staff! + Very kind front of desk and staff and the rooms are very nice and comfy! There was a problem with my booking and the people helped out no problem!

Un bon accueil + Le personnel est très sympa et parle bien anglais. Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et le personnel nous a donné une chambre dès 10h. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, inclus.

Very good experiance hotel in Vientiane + I have very good experiance in this hotel, I allowed ti check-in at noon after long trip by train from BKK, staffs was very friendly and helpfull.Room was clean and big enough for me, breakfast was great andthe special very good forme is Coffee, it is better than 5 stars hotel Coffee. I will be back again for sure.

Kedves személyzet, tiszta, felszerelt szoba, fürdőszoba, kényelmes ágy, finom, bőséges reggeli. + A reggeli várakozáson felül bőséges és változatos volt, étvágygerjesztő módon feltálalva, finom, ízletes minden, amit ettem. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, barátságos, nagyon ajánlom ezt a szállást mindenkinek.

よかった + 朝食の質がとても良くなっていた スタッフの対応が良かった 部屋の大きさはよかった − 部屋の横が工事中であり、窓を開けルコとができなかった。 夜にぶーという音が聞こえていた。 机の上の灯りを変えていただきましたが、必要な時に灯りがなかった。

+ Very friendly and helpful staff − Apart from the egg cooking station the breakfast was limited. If you get upgraded to deluxe, there is no city view due to a recent construction.

Charged for a supposed upgrade to being near a construction site + When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a third floor room, that when I opened the curtains to the balcony, I was faced with a brick wall. I kindly asked the management if I could move rooms which they did move me to the seventh floor only to have a construction site buildingday and night. This has made the stay at this hotel, most unpleasant and on top of this I was also charged 70USD for the supposed upgrade. The only thing that was better was the view over Vientian, but this was mad by construction workers overlooking my room and constant noise from building work nowhere in the promotion of this hotel was this explained.

The place to stay in Vientiane Laos! + This hotel made me feel right at home. The staff was professional warm and welcoming. Everything that I asked help with. They were able to assist me. They were kind enough to direct me to stores that needed to travel to. I like the accommodations. Everything is very clean. To free breakfast is out of this world tasty especially the omelet. I'd give him more than five stars If I could.
