Shabby rooms and weak operations + This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel as I travel for business, and it will be my last. Whilst the first time was average, this experience was extremely bad. 1. The room was starting to fall apart, with holes in the curtains, the closet hanger was bent and almost falling out of the wall. 2. The safe was out of batteries so it couldn't be used and it wasn't even connected to anything so it could easily be removed from the room even if I was able to lock it. 3. Despite clearly leaving the Do Not Disturb sign on, housekeeping came into my room twice when I wasn't there. Considering my second point and there was no safe place to store passports, cash and other valuables that I was not comfortable carrying with me every day, this is not acceptable. They also threw away an important beverage that I need every day. I cannot comprehend how this is considered a high end hotel.

Amazing and helpful staff with comfortable stay + We came to stay in this hotel after we had been staying in hostels for a while before this. We were looking forward to a comfortable stay and it was everything we expected. All the staff were amazing and were so helpful. We would look forward to coming back. Thank you

電気設備 + カードキーを挿すと電気が入る仕組みは当然なのですが、観光でカードキーをぬいて外出すると、エアコンも冷蔵庫の電源も切れます。暑いなかを観光して帰ってきて、これは大変でした。 あとシャワールームの段差も低く、使用中の水漏れがきになります。

Feels like staying in a 1980s communist block conference hotel + Plenty os shops nearby − All the common areas were dated, dark (literally no lights on in the hallways) and depressing.
