+ The staff in the Namkhan is the best. Deserved high level appreciation. They are doing everything possible and beyond for you to enjoy your stay. The location is a bit outside of the town, would suite those who keen to escape the crowds and relax by the nature. Breakfast is simple and organic. − The shuttle to the town is twice per day, at 6pm and at 9pm. So, during the day you have to manage by yourselves. During my stay yoga classes were not available, and the hotel is not notifying you about it before arrival. It would be great to receive information about available services upfront. Anyway, i enjoyed Qi Gong classes with Juan. The master is really good and loves what he does. Highly recommend🙌

A haven for peaceful rest & family bonding in Namkhan + We had a wonderful stay & were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality from start to finish. The entire crew were warm, attentive, & always ready to help. The villa was spacious & comfortable, & the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The facilities were adequate to take things slowly, & surrounded by lush greenery. A good variety of breakfast options & was very delicious, good menu choice for lunch & dinner considering the resort size. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a memorable one. − The bathtub was huge but the water pressure is too slow and not hot enough to enjoy a bath. There was a power cut off that was reinstated in 1 hour, would be nice that there is a back up generator on site. There was only shuttle to town in the evening and would be great if you can offer a morning shuttle service. The spa and yoga price is a bit steep.

This resort is amazing!! I highly recommend it. Our family of 5 stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. + Everything! It was beautiful, peaceful, clean, amazing daily breakfast, evening shuttle to town is also a huge bonus. The staff was friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. I think the river was my kids favorite activity. We saw locals swimming in it so we gave it a try and 10/10 for free fun activity. − Nothing

Nature escape, with the warmest welcome and care + A true nature escape with some of the warmest and most attentive staff we’ve ever encountered. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the kitchen staff, provided such genuine, personalized care and made us feel incredibly welcome. The facilities are excellent, especially for families traveling with children. What really set this place apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff remembered all of our names, our coffee orders, and even took the time to check in with our children each day. They were always proactive in offering help and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Having lived in Southeast Asia for 11 years and stayed at many hotels, I can honestly say this was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The nicest staff I ever met + We loved this resort, it's a special gem! The staff was extremely helpful and kind The food was fresh and tasty, they grow vegetables in their gardens. Yoga lessons were great The rooms were beautiful. − Located slightly far from the city (20 minutes) Not too bad because there is a shuttle twice a day in the evenings but does require a taxi at other times

Statt "Small luxury Hotel of the World" Campingplatzfeeling + Positiv war die Hilfsbereitschaft einiger Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück am Tag der Abreise. − Wir kamen mit hohen Erwartungen an, da es sich um ein "Small Luxury Hotel of the World" handelt. Dieser Marke haben wir blind vertraut und wurden leider enttäuscht. Die Anlage liegt sehr abgelegen, ist schlecht zu erreichen und befindet sich in keinem guten Zustand. Der Pool zum Beispiel ist klein und hat seine besten Zeiten längst hinter sich. Fairerweise muss man erwähnen, dass wir in der Nebensaison dort waren und überall gebaut und ausgebessert wurde. Insgesamt wirkte die Anlage eher wie ein besserer Campingplatz. Ein paar Beispiele, die uns letztlich zur vorzeitigen Abreise bewogen haben: Das gebuchte Zimmer (ein Glamping-Zelt) hatte ein winziges Bad, dessen Türgriff schon bei der ersten Berührung abfiel. Wir wechselten daraufhin das Zimmer – dieses war zwar schön, aber sehr dunkel. Die Sessel auf der Veranda waren schmuddelig…

+ interno della stanza e colazione − la posizione delle nostre stanze era infelice. Cì sono alcune stanze molto ben posizionate ma altre no. La nostra stanza si affacciava su un edificio ad 3 metri di distanza, non si capisce visto lo spazio che occupa l'intere struttura. C'era molto lavoro in coerso nella struttura, come se ci si preparasse all'apertura ma invece era aperto e i prezzi erano in linea con un posto in perfetto stato
