Very beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting + Gorgeous hotel located in a beautiful garden with a lovely pool. I loved the decoration and historical furniture. They have a nice bar, too and it’s accessible to guests from outside as well. − Breakfast choice could be a bit bigger.

+ Not only was our stay at Satri House one of the highlights of our trip to Laos, but the staff went above and beyond to return several items I inadvertently left behind. Their kindness and generosity were truly overwhelming. All told, one of the best stays we have enjoyed anywhere.

Very disappointed, very happy to leave , very poor value for money . + The gardens and pool area were beautiful. − We booked a suite . Unfortunately the room was very dark , even during the day , when the sun was out . Not pleasant to relax in room. The room was very noisy for three reasons 1) We could hear our neighbours talking 2) The cleaning staff seemed to congregate outside our room every day , talking / shouting 3) Our room overlooked a small road , with some traffic noise and a dog constantly barking . A separate issue but people from across the road , could see into our room . Really don’t expect to pay this money and have these issues . Very disappointing. When checking out the hotel said that they could have moved us but why were we in this room in the first place ?

+ Hotel historique avec une tre belle decoration.Belle vegetation autour de la piscine. Personnel dévoué. Tres bon petit déjeuner avec baguette,beurre et croissants frais. Le chauffeur Kam,tres gentil et parle bien l anglais. − Les repas du soir au restaurant .dragonfly Tres cher ( 12 dollar la grande bouteille de perrier,alors que nous voulions une simple eau gazeuse du Laos). Pas au niveau de qualité culinaire. Excellente presentation et service du restaurant

Incroyable séjour + Absolument tout ! C'est tout simplement le plus bel hôtel où nous ayons séjourné durant tout notre séjour au Laos. C'est un endroit magnifique extrêmement bien entretenu avec des hébergements typiques très confortables et des commodités que nous n'avons retrouvé nulle part ailleurs : le ménage est assuré plusieurs fois par jour, le personnel prépare la chambre pour le coucher, des bouteilles d'eau sont constamment mises à disposition dans la chambre et le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Coup de cœur pour la piscine qui est intimiste, avec un service de bar très élégant assuré tout au long de la journée. Bravo au personnel et merci pour votre hospitalité ! − Petit bémol pour le restaurant qui n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de service de la globalité de l'hôtel car ni moi ni mon conjoint n'avons apprécié le plat. En revanche, le service était parfait
