Great spacious rooms, new, large bed and clean for a best price in a best location! + The rooms are new, clean and well maintained as spacious. At the moment the best price value in Aktau in this area of Aktau. The adjacent Breakfast place serves good breakfast too at a fair price. − The check-in check-out times are kept very formal. We checked out 4 minutes past 12 and the receptionist had to call his manager to see if he could let us go.

Dobra opcja, ale z pominięciem restauracji + Hotel był zdecydowanie na plus. Pokój był czysty, codziennie mieliśmy uzupełniany zapas świeżej wody mineralnej w butelkach. Obsługa hotelu na czele z Panią w recepcji była na wysokim poziomie. Pani była bardzo uprzejma, pomocna. Hotel pozwolił nam bezpłatnie przechować nasz bagaż już po zakończeniu pobytu, za co bardzo dziękujemy. − Na zdecydowany minus należy zaliczyć hotelową restaurację. Ona funkcjonuje jako osobny byt, ale jest w tym samym budynku, co hotel - zresztą sam hotel proponuje śniadania zrobione przez tą restaurację w ramach swoich usług i to jest niestety duży minus. Restauracja funkcjonuje fatalnie. Korzystaliśmy z niej dwa razy i dwukrotnie będąc jedynymi osobami w restauracji musieliśmy czekać na nasze śniadanie 40 minut. Obsługa nie mówi po angielsku, Panowie, którzy tam pracują są zainteresowani jedynie swoimi telefonami, a nie gośćmi. Połowy menu nie ma. English breakfast? Nie ma! Comfortable hotel with a good location + Good location, everything new, silent − There was leftover soap on the shower floor so it was slippery. There is no iron in the room… I was staying for just a few hours and wasn’t offered a discount which would’ve been nice
