+ Struttura di livello e stanza di buone dimensioni, accogliente, pulita e dotata di quanto necessario compresa la cassaforte. Ottima posizione. Letti molto comodi − Da un hotel di un gruppo internazionale mi sarei aspettato di trovare personale che parlasse inglese....come anche indicato da booking.com. Non è stato così. Soggiorno disturbato per giorni da un gruppo di ragazzini di una squadra giovanile di calcio molto maleducati e non seguiti. In un hotel di questo livello mi aspetto che la direzione intervenga. Invece non è stato fatto nulla. Molto poco professionale.

+ расположение и завтрак − в номере не было халата и тапочек, крышка унитаза сломана и сидеть неудобно, душевая требует давно обновления, состояние душевой кабины словно в хостеле.

Живу тут довольно часто с самого открытия отеля, минусы есть, но не критичные + Белоснежная постель, одеяло пуховое, подушки. Кондиционер работал отлично, в эту жарищу прям хорошо было. 2 бутылки воды в номере. Спасибо менеджеру отеля, за поздний выезд на 1.5 часа без доплаты, хотя на ресепшен сказали платить. − Завтрак вроде все есть, а все равно что то не то, по сравнению с другими отелями в У-ка. Запах в туалете, душевая выглядит плохо, лейка почти вся забитая. Полотенца уже пора менять, наверное с открытия не меняли.

+ Breakfast and the room was very good and comfortable. WiFi as well − The service in the restaurant was none-existent. You had to go looking for someone in the hotel that could find someone to serve you. We ordered two pizza and two beer, and never got the beer, even though we asked for it three times. People left the restaurant, because they never got served
