Great location, spotless rooms, amazing onsen, and exceptional service — I would happily stay here again… + Excellent location in Gangnam with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was surprisingly spacious for Seoul standards and spotlessly clean. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially loved the comfortable bathroom and shower facilities, as well as the Japanese-style onsen and hot bath, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The complimentary amenities were also generous and thoughtfully provided…. − Very little to complain about…

Questionable whether I would rebook this hotel in the future. + Small room, but well furnished. Conveniently located in Gangnam-Gu, lots of eating and coffee places within walking distance − Cleanliness is an issue. Couldn’t change room due to full booking at the hotel, but my room was definitely smelly from a previous guests… shall we say, biological remains

+ We love the spa and we visited the spa every night. We enjoyed the ice cream after the spa. We also like the free ramen after 9:30pm. − The room is a bit small, but we made it work.

I Loved the Bed and Amazing Staff + My family and partner were not fans of the firm mattress or the pillows, but I personally loved them and would honestly return for the bed alone. The staff were amzing throughout our stay—accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. Everyone we met spoke multiple languages, which was very unique and made communication easy. My only complaints were the high bathtub, which could be difficult to step into, and the lack of dressers. We had to keep most of our clothes in our suitcases during the stay. A microwave in the room or a shared area would also have been helpful for heating snacks and leftovers. Still, these were minor issues compared with everything we enjoyed. When I return to Seoul in a few years, I will definitely stay at Dormy Inn Seoul Gangnam again.

A very comfortable and quality place to stay in one of Seoul's more popular areas. + The hotel was very conveniently located and the staff were all quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Lots of shopping and food options within walking distance, plus convenient public transport options for anything further away. And the K Limousine Airport Bus stops just one building over, so it's super convenient for coming straight from Incheon Airport!
