Déçue + La proximité avec la plage − Les chambres sont grandes mais il n y a pas de cafetière juste des sachets à infuser. La salle de bain est petite et on a un rideau de douche dans la salle de bain, impensable dans un 5 étoiles. Le matelas du lit est beaucoup trop moelleux et ne tient pas en place. On remet souvent en place les draps qui glissent c est désagréable. Ils n ont pas de plage privée ni de transats réservés à leur clientèle. Le service en chambre est limite. La piscine ferme une demi heure ou 1h en plein milieu de la journée donc vous devez partir et revenir mais une fois partis on ne revient plus. En plus c était l anniversaire de ma fille et l’attention qu’ils ont eu était une petite boîte de 4 chocolats pour adulte ce qui n intéresse pas du tout un enfant. On est loin des attentions de Dubai.

Ett mycket fint hotell med fantastiskt läge och bra service. Vi hade en bra vistelse överlag, men kravet på att boka två + Hotellet var väldigt fint och vi var överlag mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Läget var fantastiskt, faciliteterna var fina och servicen var bra. Vi uppskattade särskilt hotellets läge och den fina miljön. − Det enda stora problemet var att vi tvingades boka och betala för två rum trots att vi reste som en familj med små barn som inte kan sova själva i ett separat rum. Rummen var dessutom inte connecting rooms, vilket gjorde att vi i praktiken endast kunde använda ett av rummen och det andra blev mest som ett förvaringsutrymme för våra väskor. Det gjorde vistelsen nästan dubbelt så dyr som nödvändigt, utan att vi faktiskt kunde dra nytta av det andra rummet. För en familj med små barn tycker jag att hotellet borde kunna erbjuda en mer rimlig lösning.

Expensive, but a truly amazing hotel on the beach in Busan. Just take a sea view room! + Amazing place. The best hotel I have stayed in Korea. Take the sea view room. It is worth the money. Sipping wine in the evening on the balcony, talking, listening to the waves and feeling the buzz of people walking on the promenade below is exactly the feeling you need on a vacation. Facilities are also top notch: really good Italian restaurant, kids gaming room, my wife got local designer clothes for very good prices in the hotel shop. The hotel is on the beach, and the beach is also very good. Clean and cozy. − The only thing which was very strange to me that hotel is not providing the towels for the beach. I bought a few outside, so not a big deal, but it is the first time in 20 years of traveling I have experienced a beach hotel not providing the towels. That has to be fixed.

+ La quantità dei servizi proposti, grandezza stanze, ristoranti nella struttura, merende gratuite − Sono due building collegati male, un caos per passare da una all’altra. Mi é capitato di aspettare 10 minuti di orologio per l’ascensore. Abbiamo pagato per 2 adulti e una bambina, ciò nonostante gli ingressi in piscina non sono liberi ma la bambina deve pagare per usare piscina e terme. Assurdo. Giorno del check out non puoi usare la struttura (piscina e docce fino all’orario del volo o treno). Prezzo dei ristoranti alle stelle. La struttura ha bisogno di un restauro perché datata. La doccia in camera all’interno di una vecchia vasca. Non puoi goderti la piscina perché chiudono più volte al giorno per fare le pulizie e devi abbandonare l’area uscendo per 20 minuti. Passa la pazienza

Not a 5 stars hotel + La piscine − Ca n'est pas un 5 étoiles. Tout au plus 4 étoiles. On a demandé un changement de chambre car la notre était vraiment petite. On a dù payer presque 600 euros en plus et malgré cela la chambre était loin du standard 5 étoiles. Draps troués, chambre sans charme, pas de petits cadeaux de bienvenu. Rien. Trop cher pour ce que c'est. Le petit dejeuner est très limité.

Busan to Seattle + Tutto benissimo. Camera ampia pulita e confortevole. Servizi e personale perfetto Direttamente sulla spiaggia e a 5 minuti dal centro pulsante del quartiere. − Se devo trovare un neo il prezzo dei ristoranti interni un po’ troppo alto
