Great experience - thank you! + We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel team was always doing their best to accommodate our requests. − The unnecessary charges for the toiletries - this differentiates luxury from commodity. Or running a business vs providing an experience.

Ietwat te duur hotel gezien de gedateerdheid van de accommodatie. + Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, druk hotel met weinig Europese gasten, maar juist veel Koreanen. − Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding ietwat scheef vanwege omdat het hotel ondanks de naam en prijs wat gedateerd is, Zwembad en gym waren prima. Goede busverbinding met het vliegveld.

Deluxe Room Namsan Tower View + The room was in great condition, and the Namsan Tower view was absolutely stunning. Above all, Ava, the hotelier, was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. I’d love to have her assist me with check-in again on my next stay!

Angenehm, Preis Leistung passt nicht ganz, dennoch gute Lage und sauber + Die Zimmer und Betten waren bequem. Die Lage des Hotels und auch die Restaurant im Gebäude waren besonders gut, man konnte fast überall innerhalb 10-20 min mit dem Taxi hinkommen. Der Blick auf den Tower war ebenfalls schön. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich − Die Türen der Zimmer waren naja nicht einem 5 Sterne standard entsprechend. Man konnte alles im Gang hören, dadurch das wir auch direkt am Aufzug die Zimmer bekommen haben war es öfters lauter, sodass wir auch einige male davon aufgewacht sind. Für den Preis vom Hotel liegt die Erwartung etwas höher. Wir haben für den 2 Aufenthalt in Seoul uns dann für ein anders Hotel entschieden, welches sogar paar 100 euro billiger war aber die Zimmer nicht vergleichbar sind. Hier hat das Hotel noch potenzial nach zu bessern

− There are two pools. The outside pool requires an extra fee and the indoor pool requires a swimming cap. These are not available on site so foreigners should ensure they have one with them, otherwise they can't swim. This was disappointing.

Really great hotel & great location + Great location and near a few different metro lines. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly − Cost of using the outdoor pool (note that the pool is not located on the roof) was roughly 25 Euros per person. The cost to add breakfast to the room rate and food and drinks in the hotel itself were a little bit higher than I expected.
