Comfortable, atmospheric, characterful - a charming lodge with the feel of a home and all the benefits of a hotel. + Great location on a quiet street, walking distance from a park. Loved the bar and eating area overlooking the pool. Lots of staff on hand to help us out. Loved having a tuk tuk at the property that we could book to get us around and to the bus station with all our luggage, etc. − Some of the other guests were a bit loud in the common areas which took away from the spirit and ambience of the place.

Very comfortable − Mosquitoes around the pool. Did not feel like sitting there (meals/drinks). I noticed the pagoda opposite was being fumigated during the week - possibly same problem.

Bien....et ce n'y est pas la première fois ! + Emplacement idéal.Grande gentillesse et serviabilité du staff.Tres bon rapport qualité-prix. On m'a changé de chambre pour une parfaite: la première ne me convenait pas trop.....vue sur un mur . − La douche de la salle de bain !!!! :))

There are much more interesting offers around. − Despite the pick-up arrangement at the airport beforehand, the arrival at the hotel was very unpleasant. The taxi was more expensive than the announced price and I could not check-in upon arrival. I had to find (and pay for) another hotel room nearby in the middle of the night. The communication with the staff was poor, I did not get any compensation for the night I did not spend at the hotel. Apart from this poor management, the hotel is ok. The location is great. Oh, by the way, the room description included a kettle, an operational tv, a terrace and some kind of view... Well, I did not find them!

Lovely oasis of Villa Grange + Very friendly staff and the place was an oasis in Phnom Penh's amazing hecticness! Dip pool was fun, well stocked bar, food was lovely (what we had of it!). Felt very looked after by everyone! − The "balcony" in our room wasn't big enough to sit out on. Didn't matter in the end as we had lovely time chatting by the pool side.

Hotel a fuir à PHNOM Penh + Rien du tout, hotel à fuir − hotel sale, piscine non entretenue, eau trouble, en bord de rue très passante. Personnel désagréable et non compétent. Manager absent. Non respect des demandes spécifiques effectuées pour un handicapé et refus de remboursement des nuitées non effectuées
