+ great place to relax. get the balcony room, it really does add to the experience, sitting out there, having a beer as the night comes to life.

+ great place, but the cable channels are dodgy, the door to the balcony was rubbish, and the safe didn't work. but apart from that, it was great. loved the bed and loved the service. oh yeah, the wife was rubbish.

Low cost, nice area + This hotel is in a great location and has one guy at the front desk who is extremely helpful. However, I had to get a room change because the room didn’t have windows and it smelled like smoke. The new room wasn’t that clean especially the bathroom. The shower curtain was old and dirty and walls were smudged. There was also hair on the floor. It was great being so close to the night market and such great restaurants but I personally won’t stay here again.

+ You get what you pay for, right? Room ok with small refrigerator. Free toiletries in bathroom. Toilet not working properly. Very hard bed and uncomfortable pillows. Area surrounded by girlie bars. Close to river and night market. Overall ok.

+ I loved the quality and the style of the doorsLe Vincent is the Crown Jewel of the neighborhood, so any negative comments will apply to neighboring businesses: a. Garbage dumpsters too close to entrance. b. Samsung store gave poor service. c. Some of the street vendors don't give clear information about pricing.

Good hotel, great spot. + Good size room, nice and clean, large shower and bathroom area. Tea and Coffee and a kettle provided. The staff are helpful, especially the bloke, who was exceptionally friendly (even pulled over on the street to say hi to us when we where walking around town on his day off). If we return to phnom penh I'll stay here again, it's in a good spot close to everything. Yes there is a 'red light' area close by as mentioned in some reviews, but going there is your decision - it does not affect the location of this hotel (they're a fee street away).

+ Terrível. Não localizaram minha reserva. Fiquei horas esperando a situação ser resolvida. Minha esposa ficou nervosa pela demora na solução da situação e deixou cair uma sacola com uma garrafa de 10 dólares. Ninguém do hotel ajudou a limpar. O quarto tinha chuveiro com a água totalmente fria, não tinha um copo a ser fornecido para tomar água e nem secador de cabelos. Sinto vergonha por ser cliente da Hotel.com por tanto tempo e um estabelecimento com o Le Vicent Hotel ser oferecido como opção de hospedagem. Terrível experiência.

+ C'est bien, la chambre manque un peu d'amour. La rue est bruyante, mais il y a beaucoup d'options de restaurant aux alentours. Le personnel est courtois et nous assiste aux besoin.

+ Overall I’d say this probably is worth staying at if you’re on a budget. A bit on the dodgy side but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
