Very good + it was spacious apartment with nice view on Mekong river and also view from the roof was very nice.. this was also one of reason why I chose this apartment. − even though it is rather a new building and it was the most expensive accommodation in Cambodia, the apartment itself looks not very pleasant, furniture was really very faded and looks like it would be used many years already.. On photos, I would say it looks better. As a result, from other half price accommodations we had better feeling than in this one... but it is maybe just personal feeling..

Beautiful room and rooftop views + Beautiful clean room and rooftop pool, gym and sauna were great with great 360 views across the city. − Oven and cooktop didn’t work. We bought food to cook but couldn’t even after the staff attended and couldn’t get the cooktop to work.

Belle résidence hôtelière, bien placée et le personnel courtois. + Belle résidence, les appartements sont super, bien équipée et propre. Une belle piscine et une salle de sport viennent se rajouter au confort de l'appartement. J'ai passé une semaine et j'ai prolongé d'une autre semaine. Le personnel est aimable et serviable! Merci.

An unfortunate turn of events for a promising stay. + The staff was friendly and very accommodating. How've we ended up not staying there. − When we arrived we were informed that our room was upgraded to a two bedroom suite because our selected room was not available. Then told that the extra room would be locked. That's not an upgrade. When we were shown to our room the first thing i notice is a large decreased roach in the middle of the kitchen area. After close inspection I noticed what appears to be moved droppings. At that point i decided not to stay. The staff told me I could cancel and receive a refund, but when I requested it via the Booking.com portal... It was denied. The staff on site was very helpful though. Thank you to them! I would not recommend this property to any guest.
