Not 5 Star or even 4 star at a stretch! + Not 5 star, of really a hotel! It's a bunch of rooms in need of updating, in a fairly good location, and a nice pool! There is no other facilities at all, I'd say not making it a hotel as defined but again just a bunch of rooms. English speaking is tricky (not that I expect it but it's not as decribed). Basic rooms, and a nice pool in a sweet garden. The hostel i met some people at was similar at $14 a night!!

Really awesome staff and the grounds are really pretty! + The grounds were really pretty! The room was massive, huge bathtub, honestly bigger unit than my apartment at home. The staff was so kind and friendly. Any concern I reported to them was handled in 2 seconds or less. They always smiled and made sure I had what I needed. I cannot compliment them enough. − So to be fair, I did not bring up a bunch of stuff to the staff, because I’m just not that type of person, but the owner/manager needs to do a walk through and clean up some of the details. There’s just a bunch of minor stuff that is somewhat damaged, like the casing around the door handle, the couch cushions have seen better days, the shower curtain was a bit too small, and just other details that can be cleaned up. I made sure I gave the hotel an 8/10, because I was still comfortable, and the things I did bring up they fixed right away, but the place would be a 10/10 if somewhen went through and repaired / cleaned up the deta…

+ La stanza molto bella e pulita, posizione centrale comodissima. − Che abbia dovuto pagare 15 dollari in più per aver fatto ck-in 2 ore prima. La stanza era già pronta e inoltre il mattino seguente sono andata via molto prima del normale ck-out.. Si poteva compensare.

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar. + Pocas veces he dormido en una cama tán comoda. Las habitaciones son gigantes y el baño es espectacular. El personal es muy servicial, son muy atentos. Le pedí al chico de recepción si nos podía ayudar a gestionar una actividad y nos gestionó un taxi que nos llevó y nos trajo y se preocupó mucho por nosotros. − El agua de la ducha solo salía fría o templada, a mí que me gusta con agua caliente fue una ducha bastante incómoda. No te hacen la habitación, no sé por qué, pero si necesitas algo el personal te lo facilita, así que bien en ese aspecto.

Good stay + Spacious room, comfortable bed and great location. It is a very good value for money option and the staff were very friendly − The pool was not looking very clean, the WiFi signal could be better, I had to work a few days from my room and I had a few problems. I also had a small issue with hot water which was annoying

Out of service for breakfast. + Quiet. No group. There are convenience stores ,cozy cafes and Local cafe around the hotel. − WiFi and power supply were incomplete.

+ Sehr freundliches Personal, große Zimmer, schöne grüne Anlage. Innerhalb der Anlage ist es sehr ruhig, was sehr gut für mich war, da ich ab und zu im Zimmer oder auf dem Balkon gearbeitet habe. Das Hotel an sich verfügt über keine Bar oder Restaurant; das ist aber nicht notwendig, denn man findet alles nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Very Comfortable Stay - Siem Reap + Rooms were spacious, pool was fantastic to cool down in the heat and quite picturesque, staff were friendly and accommodating. We had the place to ourselves due to low tourist season, short 5 to 10 minute walk to markets, restaurants and Pub Street and a mini-mart and 7-Eleven across the road was very convenient. A few minutes Tuk Tuk ride (USD2) to multiple tourist attractions. Comfortable beds. − Small step between bedroom and lounge area in spa suite was a bit of a hazard (stubbed my foot about three times in the dark), would be better if it was changed to a short ramp. Toilet paper was replaced infrequently.
