Lovely hotel + What a wonderful hotel, great pool and gardens, food was delicious, staff were amazing, including Ly Hour, Puthy and Phea rith, everyone was so smiley and helpful, definitely recommend.

Last stop in paradise + Stayed here as part of Great Railway Journeys trip to Angkor Wat. Trip to Angkor Wat was by Tuk Tuk- a great way to see Siem Reap up close. And HOT… (drink lots of water!). Hotel- fantastic. The staff are very attentive and have good English (I have no Khmer🙄). Special mention to Phanit at the desk (for pointing out the ATM across the road & which gives USD), Huyland for customer services. Pool warm and relaxing. Food - menu comprehensive, tasty. Massage by Chamrern- 90 minutes with scented oils. Very relaxing. It’s worth mentioning the interior design- mahogany furniture, Buddhist shrine in the lobby. And Air Conditioner fantastic. Given the chance, I’ll be back.

Comfortable stay at Siam Reap + We stayed here for a couple of nights end of March,2026 with some friends. We had corresponded with Mr.Dara who helped us plan our trip to Ankor Wat with an English speaking guide and also to the floating village. He also recommended the Apsara show at the Amazon hotel which was excellent. Rooms were comfortable, decor is ethnic., staff are very friendly and hospitable. Will stay here again if we are in Siam Reap.

Siem Reap + I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were always helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how attentive everyone was. Thank you Huylang. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I slept well every night, which is always a big plus when traveling. The hotel facilities were also well maintained, and everything felt organized and professional. The location is another highlight, very convenient for exploring the temple area. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Facilities Unavailable and Poorly Handled Situation + Our group traveled to Cambodia and booked this hotel for a three-night stay. Unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that we checked out after just one night and moved to another hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel was not ready to receive guests. There was no proper welcome, the lobby was pitch dark, and we later learned that the property was undergoing renovations. It appeared that the hotel had been opened specifically for our group despite the renovation work still being in progress. The facilities were far below what was advertised. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the rooms uncomfortable, and the swimming pool was completely unavailable. As compensation, we were directed to a nearby resort, but that property was also in poor condition and did not provide an acceptable alternative. A wonderful hotel with absolutely fantastic staff + We stayed at this hotel whilst on a long touring holiday. We have stayed in around 10 hotels but without a doubt this was the finest. Each and everyone of the staff greeted us with respect whenever they saw us. The manager was such a kind and caring man . Our booked minibus was late to pick us up for the airport and after the manager had phoned the driver several times he just got the hotel minibus, loaded us up and sent us away! Can’t recommend this place enough

Amazing stay for our honeymoon + It was a really nice stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the lady who checked us in to the lovely housekeeping staff. Koren at check out also helped us take our bags to the car. When we checked in, we found beautiful honeymoon decorations on the bed. Thank you so much it made our stay very special.

Exceptional Stay and Seamless Service! + We had a wonderful stay! A special thank you to Dara, the director, who was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with. Most of our coordination prior to our trip was done via WhatsApp, which made planning completely stress-free and responsive. The entire hotel staff was warm and attentive throughout our visit. The logistics were seamless—we used the hotel shuttle service for our pickup and drop-off, which was punctual and smooth. We also booked our Angkor Wat tour directly through the hotel, and the assigned tour guide was fantastic and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Angkor Miracle Experience + The staff at Angkor Miracle were outstanding in their support. The front desk staff were informative with their answers. I encountered path with Hengly (Angie) in the lobby and she was very friendly and cordial with my group. Your staff made us feel at home.

Cool and decent place to stay + We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our friends and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was gentle, courteous, and always willing to help. The restaurant served good food, and they were kind enough to prepare Indian vegetarian dishes on prior request, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel also features a beautiful swimming pool, a relaxing spa, and a huge lobby adorned with an impressive collection of local crafts and artwork, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Overall, it is a great place to stay, offering comfort, good hospitality, and a relaxing ambience. We would be happy to recommend it to other travelers.

Wonderful place, wonderful people + I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel for a four-day vacation with my family, as a base for visiting Angkor. We travel a lot, but I can honestly say I've rarely found such a welcoming atmosphere and wonderfully friendly staff. From the connecting rooms to the pool, the spa, and the restaurant, everything was excellent and managed with extreme professionalism. I would definitely return if I were to stay in the area again in the future. Highly recommended.
