Le pongo un 10. Es un buen hotel pero... + Le pongo un 10 porque mi intención no es perjudicar al hotel y sé perfectamente la influencia que tiene una mala review en el ranking del hotel. Pero aunque es cierto que nos encantó la ubicación (porque está alejada de todo el barullo de la ciudad y no se tarda nada en llegar desde el centro), la atención del personal que fue excelente en todo momento, la variedad del desayuno, la piscina, la dimensión de las habitaciones (al menos en la que estábamos), y la comodidad de las camas, es cierto que el hotel necesita ciertas mejoras y una actualización del mobiliario para ser un hotel de 5*. Pero también hay que destacar que la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Así que, si mejoran algún aspecto como los mencionados, volverá a ser ese 5* que seguro que fue en el pasado. Y es una opción excelente para alojarse en Siem Reap. − Como he dicho, le falta cierta actualización del mobiliario y zonas comunes para ser un buen 5*. Pero insisto que es un…

Fabulous + We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. It is a tropical sanctuary in a quiet location within easy reach of central Siem Reap. The rooms are spaceous and comfortsble and the pool is beatiful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, including for ourselves as vegetarians. The staff also readily adapted dinner options for us. What really stood out for us was the warm welcome, consistent friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff. We were very sad to leave and would highly recommend this special hotel.

Absolut empfehlenswert! + Frühstück top und über die Tage verschieden Spa Bereich. Auf alle Wünsche und Herausforderungen (Internet war anfangs zu langsam) ist man eingegangen und wurde gelöst. Sogar den Spa Bereich konnten meine Freundin und ich gemeinsam nutzen, obwohl es in Kambotscha sonst nur getrennt üblich ist. .... und noch besser ... sie haben uns die Sauna jeden Tag auf 100 Grad aufgeheizt. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen super Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder − Fitness Bereich, aber in der Nähe gibt es Golden Fitness, ein quasi high Class Fitness Center zu einem unschlagbaren Preis.

Nice paradise + Quiet location. Nice breakfast. Beautiful pool. Nice staff. − Bed was too hard and was actually a queen but supposed to be a king. Gym was ok but outdoors.

Séjour exceptionnel au sein de cet établissement aussi beau que chaleureux ! + L’extrême gentillesse du personnel et leur réactivité : nous y avons fêté nos 10 ans de couple et ils nous ont été d’une grande aide (dîner romantique au bord de la piscine, fleurs dans la chambre, réservation d’activités à notre place…) ; l’excellent rapport qualité/prix ; la suite spacieuse et chaleureuse ; le petit déjeuner et les repas délicieux ; le calme de l’hôtel et de la piscine ; les massages…. − Absolument rien !

+ Understanding that April is the hottest month in Cambodia. On the first day, the hotel arranged for us to stay in the room on the top floor, but it was so hot that the air conditioning wasn't very cold. We immediately contacted the hotel, and the housekeeping staff promptly arranged another room for us. The hotel staff were very helpful; they were happy to assist with anything, whether it was arranging transportation into the city or anything else. My birthday happened to fall during my stay, and the housekeeping staff arranged a special surprise for me. Great memories Thanks alot to Ms.Champa Yay and the staffs from this hotel − Breakfast choices is too little

Amazing stay, the best so far on our trip! + We loved our stay here! Everything was amazing, the pool is beautiful, the loungers, the room itself was amazing, the best we’ve slept in! Bed was comfy, bathroom beautiful, I could fault nothing! − Honestly, nothing everything was perfect!

+ Excellent all over the board - sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool were great. Breakfast was pleasant and a great variety. Staff was superb! − About 7 mins by tuk tuk to the center - reasonable price - pleasant to be at a very quiet hotel.

Sad , + The pool is wonderful , very quiet place − It changed A LOT from the last time I was there , no more BIG buffet breakfast , cost me $104 usd dollar's , for a simple room a beautiful pool and a $2.50 cent breakfast , it's not value
