The hotel was beautiful and the room was comfortable and spacious. Staff and service was great. + The location was just a few minutes walk to the riverside walkway and other attractions.

El mejor lugar para ubicarse en el centro de Phnom Penh. + El hotel es precioso, excelentes instalaciones así como su ubicación, muy cerca del Palacio real y del Museo nacional. La cocina es extraordinaria. El personal del hotel súper atento y amable. Muy bonita la vista de las habitaciones orientadas al Palacio. − No tengo un recuerdo de algo que tuviera que mejorar.

You don’t have to order and you get it delivered seamlessly to your table impeccable incredible excellent. I highly highly recommend this property. The best service.

Outstanding Performance + I recently had another excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. I was especially delighted to be upgraded to my preferred room by the Director of Rooms, which made my visit even more enjoyable. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and reflects the genuine hospitality of the team. Breakfast continues to be one of the highlights of staying at this property. The selection of freshly baked bakery products, the wide assortment of fresh fruits, and the excellent quality coffee make for a wonderful start to the day. In an era where quality breakfast offerings are becoming increasingly rare, Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh truly stands out. Overall, another outstanding stay with attentive service, excellent facilities, and a team that consistently delivers a memorable guest experience. I look forward to returning.

Home Away From Home – Another Exceptional Stay + This was our fifth year staying at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, and this visit was even more special than the previous ones. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like coming home. The team recognized our family, welcomed us with genuine warmth, and even remembered our preferences. That level of personalized service is rare and is what keeps us coming back year after year. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the Royal Palace. Waking up to that incredible view each morning made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast has improved significantly, with a wider variety of dishes and elevated quality. Whether at the front entrance, in the lobby, restaurants, housekeeping, or the Regency Club Lounge, every staff member made us feel valued. je ne recommande à personne + rien tout était mauvais − accueil plus que raisonnable, nous avons été très mal accueilli, nous devons portons nous même nos bagages ??? pas de bagagiste ? pas de boissons d’accueil ? le check in est lamentable le personnel n’est pas aimable ! pour le prix ? je conseil a personne !

Hotel amenities were great. you have to visit the rooftop bar and see Vandy who will make you excellent cocktails .
