This is one hotel and destination we will be returning too for sure + The position of the property on Diani Beach is beautiful The food varied and tasty But best of all were the staff who were super friendly and so genuine and hard working − There are bits of the property that still need refurbishing Sometimes what was included in the all inclusive was à but confusing Charging for hot drinks and soft drinks at certain places and times of the day seemed petty

Diani beach + La struttura è posizionata in una bella zona con una bellissima spiaggia. Ottimo il servizio offerto in piscina ed in spiaggia. Suggestivo anche il coral beach restaurant − Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente non conveniente. La camera che ci hanno assegnato sarebbe da rimodernare, abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con il bagno: lo sciacquone che non andava, il lavandino intasato che emetteva cattivo odore e mancanza di phone. Durante la nostra permanenza abbiamo anche notato che il resort non risulta molto “esclusivo” in quanto spesso ci sono persone esterne al resort che entrano ed usufruiscono dei servizi. In una struttura del genere sarebbe garantita esclusività ai clienti del resort.

Soggiorno soddisfacente! + Struttura molto bella e ben curata, posizione ottima ed una suite stupenda ! − La cucina a buffet discreta per il livello della struttura potrebbe offrire di più, all inclusive non effettivo- molte bevande (di qualità superiore) a pagamento!!!

Thep Staff are super friendly and accommodating. It’s a lot of things to do and in fact it’s even better than on picture + The property is amazing - great location, the beach was very nice, a lot of pools, the territory is really green − I was unfortunate because Wednesday is the only day when the regular cafe is closed. I was hungry in the evening and didn’t want to go out, but they weren’t serving any food. It was only buffet dinner until 9:30 pm, and nothing after that. I found it odd that such a large resort didn’t have any other options for dinner.

Just wonderful + I visited the place with my entire family of 15 people both kids and adults and we loved it🥰❤️❤️. We can't stop talking about it. The best part is the different activities for kids, teens and adults. The food, All inclusive, was amazing. The kids loved the pizza. I loved the golf course. The staff are super friendly.. smiling checking on you. The many pulls that the teens enjoyed. Ooh the beach. Okay I need to stop. − Nothing
