Great location, excellent staff, rooms, facilities are truly great for families. + excellent staff. Excellent concierge service. great location when travelling with family as you are near San Theodoro as well as the great beaches. Great breakfast, Great rooms. − There was a storm that removed the access to the beach but the hotel provided transportation to access the area.

Fantastic resort + Relaxed and quiet luxury. A good size (not too big) resort. Staff were wonderful. Upgraded room which was amazing. Shuttle bus regularly down to the beach. Staff service fantastic. Beach beds great. Spa fantastic. Great shop. Great local recommendations. Ample parking. Breakfast great. Food great. − Drinks very expensive. Can be annoying waiting for shuttle bus as common times people want to go down and then waiting in the sun.

Moderately dull + The room was nice and the beach is beautiful, More or less good choice of cheese at the breakfast (the only good thing about breakfast). − I'm not saying this hotel was bad but it just did not meet our expectations. Comparing with other hotels of the same class we used to stay at - this one is rather boring and lacking character. We stayed for 4 nights. Breakfasts were literally identical every morning. Large pastries as if from any cheap bakery. Hot dishes are at the Premier Inn level. Minimum vegetables. Wasps everywhere. Not a single refill of coffee/tea packs in the room. Only little complimentary bottles of water except for the 1st day. An employee once tried to unlock our room without knocking while we were inside. The staff is just polite, nothing beyond that. To reach the beach you cross a stinky lagoon. The pool, the gym and the kids club are mediocre. Needless to say, no evening entertainment (or at least we got no information) but it's indeed rare in Europ…

We had a wonderful holiday and will come back for sure. + The hotel facilities (bedrooms, pool, restaurants) are amazing, away better then in the pictures. The location is really good, very close to the beach and they have a great beach service, with sun beds and umbrellas.

Wundervolle Lage und fantastisches Essen, aber mit Service Kompromissen + Die Lage des Hotels, der Strand (auch eines der wenigen Bereiche wo das Service perfekt funktioniert, genauso wie Luca der mit seinem Golfcar fast 24 h im Einsatz zu sein scheint oder Lory im Restaurant) und das Essen sind traumhaft. Was den den Rest betrifft muss man Kompromisse machen. − Ich kenne das Hotel seit Jahren, aber so schlecht wie heuer war die Situation noch nie. Wenn man als neuer Gast zum ersten Mal in dieses Hotel kommt muss man leider ahnungslos herumirren und hoffen dass einen die Kellner über Möglichkeiten aufklären denn die Reception agiert ausschließlich als Eincheck/Auscheck point und nimmt keinerlei normale Receptionstätigkeiten war, im Gegenteil, sie fühlen sich sogar gestört wenn man mit Fragen auf sie zukommt. Noch schlimmer ist die sogenannte Concierge Laura; unfreundlich, inkorrekt und völlig überfordert. Auch im Restaurant merkt man dass ein paar gute Service Leute nicht alles kompen…

Exclusif + Emplacement, petit déjeuner et service exceptionnel. Très calme avev impression qu’il y a peu de monde. Le restaurant étoilé, son équipe et le sommelier très compétent − Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d’activités proposées. Le prix est élevé en haute saison
