+ Personel très gentil, et à l écoute. Hôtel de taille humaine. − Forte odeur de soufre qui vous accompagne partout, y compris dans les chambres. Il vaut mieux en être conscient avant de réserver. La piscine thermale est également très chaude et donc peu rafraîchissante lors des fortes chaleurs estivales. Région un peu isolée.

+ Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, attento ad ogni dettaglio. Struttura bellissima e colazione veramente da 5 stelle. − Forse l'unica cosa da segnalare è la manutenzione del bagno romano, con sauna e bagno turco e docce emozionali che non è così curato come la sorgente principale.

Für mich kein Leading Hotel of the World + Das Country Restaurant hat eine tolle Lage, das Essen war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist teilweise renoviert, in diesen Bereichen sieht es netter aus. Ich hatte eine gute Massage. − Mir wurde regelrecht schlecht von dem Schwefelgeruch der Therme, man roch es auch im Zimmer. Es gibt zwar einen Pool, der kälter ist, der ist aber in einem Baustellenbereich. Die Zimmer sind ok, aber das Bad kann neue Armaturen gebrauchen. Man sollte mal die Reinigungswägen auf ein besseres Level bringen, das passt nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel

Es war ein der Highlights unserer Rundreise, wir kommen gern wieder! + Ein besonderer Ort, einmalig mit der Thermal-Wasserlandschaft. Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal, Frühstück und Dinner im Restaurant sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Tolle Weine, die an der Poolbar mit kleinen Snacks serviert werden. Sehr freundlicher Service an der Poolbar. Eine Atmosphäre zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. − Man muss wissen, dass das Wasser 37,5 Grad hat. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir nicht im Hochsommer kommen, Frühjahr oder Herbst wäre perfekt.

Torneremo sicuramente ! + Soggiorno stupendo! Siamo stati benissimo: una struttura meravigliosa, piscine fantastiche e un’acqua termale davvero speciale. Ma il vero punto di forza è sicuramente il personale. Io e mio marito viaggiamo spesso ,ma un’attenzione e una cura verso l’ospite così non le avevamo mai ricevute. Un grazie particolare a Michele del ricevimento e complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff: dal ristorante al bar, fino alle persone che incontravamo semplicemente passeggiando per la struttura .Tutti sempre gentili, sorridenti, disponibili e attenti. Una sensazione di cura dell’ospite davvero rara. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche l’attenzione verso il nostro Brando: una struttura veramente pet friendly, dove il cane può stare con i propri padroni anche al ristorante e negli spazi esterni, con una zona riservata ma senza sentirsi isolati. Chic, personnel attentionnés, incroyable expérience. + Très chic, personnel au top bon Restaurant − Il fait prévenir les clients. C’est un site thermal certes, l’eau a des qualités bénéfiques mais attention si vous êtes sensibles aux odeurs c’est compliqué, il y règne une odeur d’œufs pourris en continu. Cela peut être gênant.
