Super séjour + L’emplacement très central pour tout visiter à pied, à côté de la place Navona. Le personnel parlait français à l’accueil et était disponible. La chambre familiale était très agréable, spacieuse, avec des dressings de bonne taille. La terrasse a une belle vue sur la ville. − Rien

Great place to stay! + Our family had an awesome time at the Martis Palace hotel in Rome. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We got to the hotel at about 8am after the red eye from the US. They immediately took our bags, sat us in their beautiful sitting room and brought us coffee and pastries (without us even asking) while we were waiting to check in. The staff at breakfast was amazing. After the first day, they knew my whole family’s preference on coffee, yogurt, etc. The woman at the front desk (I am so sorry I didn’t get her name - long straight dark hair) was amazingly friendly and helpful. Just an overall great experience.

Beautiful, peaceful stay in a perfect location + We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, beautifully designed, and had such a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet, even though the location is excellent and close to everything. The staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming, and we really appreciated the room upgrade. Breakfast was excellent as well. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. − Nothing

Great location and staff terrific + Great location. Good walking to main attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great − Our original room was not good. Room 202 & 302 had the shower separate to rest of bathroom and just inside the door to the room. It was very impractical and dreadful. The rest of the room was fine. I complained to staff the next day and they agreed the design was dreadful. To their credit they upgraded us to a much better room which was also much bigger. They were very understanding. It wasn’t the room size that was the issue it was having just a shower in a hallway.

Ein Aufenthalt der Superlative! + Ein hervorragendes Hotel, perfekte Lage unweit der Piazza Navona, das gesamte Haus und auch die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll mit Stil eingerichtet, die Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben das gesamte Personal, das an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft wirklich außergewöhnlich war! Die Feier unseres 30. Hochzeitstages im Hotel wurde extrem liebevoll und engagiert gestaltet, die Herzlichkeit war zutiefst berührend! Wir werden dem Hotel mit Sicherheit treu bleiben! − Gar nichts, einfach nur perfekt!

Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! + Hotel assisted with transportation to and from hotel. Also provided a lovely experience for us including lovely/comfortable hotel room, wonderful breakfasts, and helpful staff.
