Grazie di cuore ❤️ rifugio dallo stress. + Mestre per me è formazione, studio e crescita personale e professionale. Vengo tutte le settimane a Mestre, ma non sempre mi fermo a dormire (sono di Mantova, psicoterapeuta in formazione). Quando mi devo fermare, la mia scelta è solo una: il PLAZA hotel. Il plaza ormai è un rifugio dallo stress e una CASA. Il personale è efficiente e sempre disponibile e gentile. La struttura è comoda, ben tenuta e pulita. Il ristorante è ottimo e le camere bellissime e molto pulite, per non parlare della super colazione e dell'accoglienza speciale. Giro spesso per hotel e qui lo staff è speciale ❤️ Spesso mi fanno un upgrade gratuito della camera e sono molto riconoscente (ma io tornerei lo stesso perché sono davvero bravi). Insomma... Per me è un sollievo e una coccola tutte le volte che entro al plaza di Mestre. GRAZIE DI CUORE A TUTTO LO STAFF ❤️ − Nulla. È tutto perfetto.

+ Die Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Trotz Hauptstrasse relativ leise. − Es gab schlechte Gerüche, evtl. Ein Abwasserproblem im gesamte Hotel. Das Frühstück war zwar umfangreich, aber Massenabfertigung.

Great little hotel in a great location to access Venice. + Loved the location to get into Venice. The staff, especially Paula, was very helpful in telling us how to get around easily. She even helped me with a lunch reservation persisting with the call when they kept putting her to the wrong people. Room lwas clean and large. Exactly what we were looking for! Would stay here again. − minimal issue - but I did not like the pillows. they were a bit hard. I like mine soft and rather flat. Also the TV was impossible to navigate but we were busy all day and it didn't matter.

Bra service och nära central stationen för tåg och buss. − Det fattas utomhus plats/gård/top roof eller liknande för att njuta av solen och koppla av på själva hotellet.

שהייה טובה + מלון ברמה גבוהה מאד, נקי, חדרים נוחים מיטות נוחות. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד − הפקידי קבלה נתנו שירות טוב אבל לא חשתי אדיבות יתרה. אחת המזוודות שלנו נותרה בשדה התעופה מרחק שעה וחצי מהמלון. הם נאותו לסייע לנו לתקשר מול שדה התעופה ותודה רבה על כך. לא הציעו סיוע מעבר לכך . הגענו עם רכב גדול - לא אפשרו לנו להיכנס לחניון של המלון ונאלצנו לחנות בחניה של מלון אחר ולשלם שם על החניה.

Disappointed with hotel, but brilliant location + The location was amazing to get everywhere. − The quality of the room was not great. The room is very dated!! . Mould in the shower and shower doors did not close all the way causing damp on floor. The sink has some staining and something around the rim. Damp staining in the bathroom ceiling. Not sure if the bathroom fan works at all. Carpet did not come across as clean. Very basic amenities. And old charging options. Considering even the buses and trains have USB options. Breakfast was the same every morning. However, the gentleman who welcomed us to Breakfast was lovely.. The restaurant downstairs Soul, staff were nice but service VERY slow and not much variety. There was one reception member of staff, think his name. Ay have been Salaam who we reacted with twice and found him extremely unhelpful

Brilliant place to stay when visiting Venice. + Location to buses and trains was brilliant literally in front of the hotel. Airport bus 100 metres. Air con was on 24/7 which was fantastic. − Nothing

Het was allemaal prima met een goed uitgebreid ontbijt + Dat het aan de overkant van het station naar Venetië ligt, supermakkelijk met een app de tickets aanschaffen
