"business is business" de partout. Triste ! + le fait de pouvoir faire à manger dans la cuisine/cave − L'accueil est impersonnel. Il n'y avait jamais personne à notre arrivée dans tous les hôtels réservés en Islande. Le code d'entrée donné ne fonctionnait pas mais personne n'a répondu aux messages pour régler le problème. Le matin , on aperçoit le personnel de nettoyage, pressé que vous partiez et qui ne dit même pas bonjour. Seulement des toilettes et des douches partagées comme toujours en Islande. A ce prix on a un magnifique 5 étoiles n'importe où dans le monde, même dans les pays sous-développés. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix, comme partout en Islande. Les islandais sont-ils peu sortis de leur île et n'ont-ils aucune idée des prix et des prestations pratiqués ? En fait, comme un Islandais m'a avoué c'est : "business is business" de partout. Triste ! Il est temps qu'ils changent de posture.

Guesthouse al porto + Camera abbastanza grande e confortevole. Parti comuni, cucina e bagni puliti e funzionali e ben arredati. Struttura piacevole, siamo stati bene.

mi aspettavo meglio ma il cane no!! + era centralissima . La stanza dimensione decente ma per noi che eravamo in 4 piccola . Letti comodi anche se 1 a castello , La vista bella perchè avevamo il balconcino al 1 piano. Gli spazi comuni sono carini e grandi perchè non ci si può stare tutta la sera − Il termosifone non funzionava però la stanza era calda anzi.. Nella stanza accanto ho scoperto che ci hanno portato 1 cane golden . Inaccettabile perchè se la struttura è animali friendly deve essere specificato nell'annuncio ... Mi chiedo se sanificano le stanze!!!! Questa cosa mi ha proprio infastidito sinceramente perchè sul discorso pulizia non riesco a transigere. E poi dovremmo camminare scalzi!!! Inoltre le strutture al 1 piano sono un pò scomode per gli spazi comuni che sono al piano seminetrrato.

Bel posto, peccato per lo staff! + La posizione è eccezionale e gli arredi di tutte le parti comuni in stile scandinavo anni '50 sono fantastici. Gli spazi al piano superiore, che durante il giorno sono un caffè aperto anche ai non ospiti, danno un valore aggiunto al tuo soggiorno. − Abbiamo dimenticato una macchinetta da caffè nella cucina comune ed abbiamo cercato di contattare il personale dell'hotel in tutti i modi per cercare di recuperarla, scrivendo mail sia tramite Booking che direttamente ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto nessuna risposta. Anche durante il soggiorno lo staff non ci ha degnato di un saluto ne di una parola. In linea con lo stile di molte sistemazioni in Islanda ma si può fare di meglio anche considerando il self check in e il self check out!!

Sweet spot in Stykkisholmur + This guest house was very sweet and comfortable. It was more of a private hostel set up-bathrooms and shower spaces are shared, but they were clean and unproblematic. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was great. The staff was very kind. − Everything was very comfortable.

Charming, spotlessly clean stay with excellent shared facilities + The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of room (tables and chairs) for guests to sit down for breakfast and dinner with a big door and direct exit of the building. I much appreciated the washing machine. Equally, the shared bathroom was clean, spacious and nice. The many decorations from times gone by are very charming. While the room was very basic and the window at level with the ground outside, the bedlinen was very crisp and clean as was the entire room

It worked for the trip. Nothing special. + Location − Beds need replacing it seems. Very uncomfortable.

Expensive for what it is + Nice location. − More of an hostel than we expected, metal beds, broken/squeaky springs. old towels. it needs updating. Very expensive for the accommodations. I would not have chosen this had I known this. It was clean though, and provided a nice breakfast

+ Molto carine le aree comuni, il bagno e cucina lasciano un po a desiderare, sembra un carcere Camere non enormi ma accettabili, la luce della stanza non funzionava ci siamo aggiustati con le lampade da comodino .
