Amazing place! + Incredible location, close to everything I needed in walking distance. It's also a beautiful apartment, and the host Elsa was very helpful and accessible − You can hear other guests walking around above you at times, but this didn't bother me.

Wie überall auf Island ist der check in und check out unkompliziert. − Nicht gefallen ist etwas zu hart...Nur- es ist ein altes Haus und dadurch hellhörig. Wir hatten an zwei Tagen sehr "lauffreudige" Urlauber über uns. Das war etwas anstrengend.

Fantastic location and spacious accommodation with private parking. + Location to the old city was fantastic. The apartment had all the facilities you wish for. It was very spacious and comfortable beds. Plus it had its own parking space. − Due to the age of the house you could hear creaking floor boards if the apartment above you are heavily on their feet. The aroma of the hot shower water was a bit off pointing. These issue are overcome by the excellent of the property.

Loved our stay in the town Pearlan museum a must ! + Its location couldn’t have been better. Right in the middle of the beautiful town of Reykjavik. The house was everything we needed and the help and hospitality given by Elsa the owner was wonderful. Make sure to visit the coffee shop diagonally opposite the house. We did every day. − Nothing

A beautiful and perfectly located holiday house + The house is absolutely charming and unique with a fascinating history and is perfectly located in the heart of Reykjavik. It is filled with beautiful artwork, the perfect antidote to the usual sterile hotels and rentals. We felt very much at home. The kitchen was well equipped (no dishwasher). − We knew before traveling that the house is close to pubs and clubs and there was some noise at night but the house is double glazed and ear plugs are provided. This wasn't a problem for us. Due to the age and nature of the house sound travels easily so you have to keep in mind not to disturb others.

+ Ein tolles Haus/Ferienwohnung mit viel Geschichte, rustikal eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Auch die Lage nah am Hafen und trotzdem absolut zentrumsnah ist hervorzuheben. Auch die Betreuung durch Elsa (Vermieter) ist mehr als liebenswürdig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. − Nichts.
