+ Great location. Frequent buses downtown from just outside the block. Plenty of car park space and easy access to main roads out of Reykjavik. Clean, warm flat and basic facilities all in place.

+ Jedná se o byt v dobře udržovaném vysokém domě ze 70.let. Byt je vybaven moderním a praktickým nábytkem. Z okna ložnice je pěkný výhled na město. Wifi fungovala dobře. Dobré parkování. − V kuchyni jsem postrádala mikrovlnku. Dvouplotýnkový vařič byl dost pomalý a tento spotřebič spojený s klasickou troubou vypadal, že je původní. Tudíž kuchyně by snesla upgrade, nová pěkná prosklená skříň na talíře to nezachrání. V bytě také chyběla televize. A manželská postel byla z užších. Ubytování je trochu dál z centra, takže buď vydatná procházka nebo nějaký jiný způsob transportu. Před domem sice staví bus, ale ten je dost drahý. Jezdili jsme tedy i do města autem.

For the cost conscious traveler who wants great views and a convenient location + Location and general convenience was a major plus. This is not a 5 star rental in the sense that everything is perfect and just so. It is a functional but perfectly adequate and comfortable with a sense of the real Reykjavik as there is no TV, so you can talk and wander locally in the evening. Local walks are great and interesting, the locals are friendly, and you have a great view over the city without the tourist hustle and bustle. Our hosts gave us great advice on where to shop, parking and ensuring we had everything we needed. Parking was easy and free, which as you will find, is not the case just about anywhere else you park.... You will never be cold in this rental. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere reasonable in the city to consider this rental. − The kitchen is very basic, so if you intend to self cater it is challenging and some ingenuity with meals and preparation is ne…

+ Parking is very convenient, and there's an elevator. The room is very clean, and the view outside the window is beautiful. It has great natural light and ventilation. It's a completely independent space, so there's no need to share a bathroom or kitchen. The cookware and kitchenware are clean and complete, and the fridge is quite large. Overall, it's very cozy, and we had a good sleep! − Even with the window just cracked open, two flies still got in and lingered for a long time, which was annoying. There's no trash can in the bathroom—the only one is under the kitchen sink. Additionally, the showerhead pressure was very weak.
