Excellent location, could improve facilities + Location and support were excellent. I had a problem, I reached out at 11pm, and they answered straight away. − Only 3 small towels, for 3 people, for 4 nights. Only 3 forks, no condiments (salt, bit of olive oil for cooking, milk for the coffee). Very noisy but I was expecting it, as on top of a pub

+ Zentrale Lage, Größe und Design − Das Bad. Die Dusche war unbrauchbar, das Wasser hat gestunken und die Tür vom Bad lässt sich von innen kaum öffnen (es fehlt ein Griff). Außerdem Putz abgeplatzt und ein Riss in der Glastür zum Bad. Keine Reaktion vom Anbieter auf die Email.

Ça aurait pu être mieux + Excellent emplacement au cœur de la ville mais difficile à trouver. L’adresse est ambiguë, c’est celle du restaurant d’en dessous. Donc il faut donner plus d’indices. − Nous avions réservé pour 4 adultes mais nous avions de la literie pour 3, trois oreillers, et des serviettes pour 3. Plutôt inconfortable pour la quatrième personne!

+ Úžasná pozice přímo v centru města. − Apartmán je přímo nad místním barem. Je nutné s tím počítat :).

Spacious and centrally located but the bathroom was awful. + The only real upsides were it was spacious and centrally located. − It was not clean at all, two of the towels were dirty and unfortunately the bathroom is in very poor condition. There’s no ventilation and the ceiling is covered in mold. The hallway/stairs leading up to the unit were covered in grease from the bar kitchen below. It was overpriced but thankfully, we were only staying one night.

Perfekt läge, men räkna med att äta ute + Perfekt läge och välstädat. Smidig in- och utcheckning. − Avsaknad av fläkt gör det svårt att laga ordentlig mat, luktar ordentligt matos trots öppet fönster. Inte trevligt att sova i sen. Det går att koka ägg och pasta men inte så mycket mer än så. En lampa i badrummet funkade inte (vi hade säkert kunnat rapportera det, men orkade inte lägga tid de få dagar vi var där). Saknas uttag till sänglamporna, finns en förlängningssladd men bara till en av lamporna.

Non ci tornerei + Posizione centrale − L’appartamento si trova al SECONDO PIANO SENZA ASCENSORE e non era stato segnalato sull’annuncio; quindi abbiamo dovuto portare su le valigie a piedi Puzza di fritto insopportabile proveniente dal pub al piano terra la cui cucina dava nelle scale in comune con l appartamento. Abbiamo trovato busta vuota di patatine sotto il divano. I piumoni del letto hanno il bordo superiore ingiallito, perché vengono cambiati solo l sacchi esterni.

If you want a central location with fairly basic facilities this is ideal + Very centrally located Two very large comfortable bedrooms with excellent storage Bathroom quirky but functional Kitchen facilities good − Street noise deafening due to bars and restaurants very loud in our lounge Condensation in bathroom dripping from ceiling needs better ventilation Table in lounge way too large plus 8 chairs Not enough soft seating to relax one small bed couch - would be better with a smaller table or move table and chairs to entry room
