+ Everything was wonderful. The hotel is immaculate. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and very accommodating. The food in the restaurant was superb and the room was very clean, luxurious and comfortable. There is a beautiful swimming pool which I did not get to swim in but looked very inviting and lush. I had a massage, facial and pedicure at the spa and I can honestly say they wete the best treatments I have ever had. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come back. − There wasn't anything I didn't like

Pleasant lost it’s quality of good + Neat and clean rooms − The buffet dinner and breakfast was boring . More or less same stuff except pazham kanji . Curries lack taste . The feel of sumptuous ness was missing . Even teas is made by people who Does not Know how to make - Also the amount of room fresh nee application in rooms makes people sick .
