Beautiful Property, Exceptional Villa & a Memorable Stay + Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Taj Bekal. The Premium Villa with Courtyard and Plunge Pool was exceptional and easily one of the highlights of the trip. Service overall was not quite as polished as we have come to expect from Taj, although a few team members were outstanding. A special mention to Mr. Jason Pinto, whose timely intervention and genuine willingness to help made a real difference—we are extremely grateful. The high tea was somewhat underwhelming, and during the monsoon the humidity can become quite intense, particularly since many of the outdoor/common areas are not air-conditioned. That said, the beautiful property, superb villa and overall experience made for a very enjoyable and memorable trip.

Amazing Stay with perfect getaway + We got upgraded to a Villa. Also, it was a special occasion for me and my wife, which the property took a notice of and they made some surpirse arrangements. The chef in particular was awesome. We had some feedback about the dinner and the very next day, the chef personally took note of it and prepared the meals for us that was amazing and as per our taste − Nothing that comes to my mind.

other wise stay was good and pleasant + The food menu was quite overpriced. For instance, charging ₹350 for a single parotta is not reasonable, especially when the portion is only slightly bigger than a coin-sized parotta and is not an authentic Kerala-style parotta. Given the portion size and quality, the pricing does not feel justified. − food menu with over priced not value for money
