Lovely stay, would highly recommend! + Breakfast was lovely, with a wide variation of food to offer, but also room service was nice too. The room was very spacious and clean, no complaints about this at all. The staff were extremely accommodating too. − Not so much a bother, but the pool was photographed to be what appears to be higher up but it is in fact on the ground floor outdoors - it was lovely, just not what we had expected.

Very Average for a “Deluxe Classified” hotel. + Clean rooms, food is good. − The staffs at the reception and at the restaurants are not welcoming at all, they do not even greet you or smile at you. At the restaurant only Gaurav was welcoming. False ceiling of the reception area is made of wood and since the ceiling leaks water, you can see water dripping few places and also since the wood absorbs moisture, there is a very bad smell around the whole reception area.
