Worst Experience + Honestly Nothing − I honestly did not feel that I was staying at a Marriott Hotel. The experience with both the front desk and housekeeping staff was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell and almost everything in the room from the telephone to various other items seemed to have a musty and unpleasant odour. When I raised this issue with the housekeeping staff, I was told that the rooms remain locked for 3-4 days due to non-occupancy, which apparently causes moisture and a bad smell. This, however is not an acceptable explanation for the condition of a hotel room. The front desk service was equally disappointing. The reception staff often do not answer calls and getting someone to pick up the phone feels like a matter of luck. Even when calls are answered the overall response does not reflect the level of professionalism and service one would expect from a Marriott property. The hotel seriously needs updating! Not worthy to be called Marriot! + Staff are awesome! To be commended is Bikshu from Okra restaurant! − Very old. Needs updating. Needs constant cleaning!!!!
