להתרחק כמו מאש. + לא אהבתי כלום במיוחד כי לא הגעתי לשם. ביצעתי הזמנה וביטלתי אותה לאחר כ-15 דקות כי קיבלתי ידיעה שאמא שלי התאשפזה. המלון תחילה הגיב בשלילה לבקשת הביטול שלי דרך בוקינג. ולאחר כשבוע+ יצר איתי קשר אדון מיקי והציע לי להגיע ולשהות במלון ״מתי שיתאים לו״ לא כולל שישי, שבת, חמישי וזאת למרות שההזמנה המקורית שלי הייתה בסופ״ש. בקיצור, הבנתם. האדון הנכבד שיקר ללא בושה שהבקשה לביטול דרך בוקינג בכלל לא הגיע אליהם (שקר בלתי נסבל) ושאם הייתי פונה אליהם ישירות הוא היה מבטל (פניתי ולא היה שם מענה) ובכל מקרה, הוא הודיע לי חגיגית שרק בגלל שהוא בן אדם נחמד הוא מציע לי על דעת עצמו לשהות במלון ״מתי שהוא מחליט״ ושהוא בכלל לא אמור להציע לי את זה כי הוא רק שכיר שם. כשביקשתי לדבר עם מישהו בכיר/מנהל, הוא התחיל להרים עליי את הקול, אמר לי לשכוח מההצעה וניתק לי בפרצוף. לפני שאתם בכלל שוקלים את המקום המזעזע הזה- לידיעתכם. − לא אהבתי כלום במיוחד כי לא הגעתי לשם. ביצעתי הזמנה וביטלתי אותה לאחר כ-15 דקות כי קיבלתי ידיעה שאמא שלי התאשפזה. המלון תחילה הגיב בשלילה לבקשת הביטול שלי דרך בוקינג. ולאחר כשבוע+…

+ Location was good. − Room was pretty dirty and it smelled cigarettes. On windows there was garbage and cigarette butts. We asked the manager to move us to another room , but he claimed there weren’t any (booking for some reason showed us available rooms). So he sent a cleaning lady to spray perfume all around the room (spoiler: it didn’t help really).
