Une escroquerie + Rien du foutage de gueule pour le prix et pour un soit disant 5 étoiles une honte − La piscine c’est tout simplement une baignoire avec de l’eau à - 50 degrés les moquettes sont horriblement usées et chose incroyable l’hôtel 5 étoiles filantes n’a pas de parking pour une nuit il faut payer minimum 150 shekels de parking Franchement un hôtel à éviter

Great location, disappointing hotel + The location − The staff was terrible. Our door was broken the whole time and they kept saying they’d fix it. Never did. We literally couldn’t close our door. When i asked for the manager she was always “busy”. We were there for 8 days.

+ מיקום מרכזי, מקום נקי מאוד, אוכל טוב − כל עניין החניה היה בעייתי כי זלגנו לאחרי מוצאי שבת לא אהבנו שאין מקום בבריכה ואין שירות בבריכה מבחינת הזמנות והבריכה הייתה ממש קטנה כל השאר היה בסדר

+ We stayed here as a family and had a really enjoyable stay. Evelyn, the manager, made a real difference to our stay. She was warm, thoughtful and incredibly accommodating, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble even though I probably gave her more than my fair share of requests! She handled everything with patience and good humour and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Motti was also excellent, friendly, helpful and attentive, and very much added to the positive experience. The location is fantastic, right by the beach and ideally placed for enjoying Tel Aviv. Breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great variety of fresh food and plenty of options to suit all tastes. We were very grateful for the way we were looked after and would happily recommend staying here − Nothing

חוץ מהמקרה הכל היה בסדר אבל לחזור לא נחזור + הכל היה מעולה − תקלה טכנית ב5 בבוקר של שריפה במלון העירו אותנו משינה בבהלה מטורפת עם אזעקה בעוצמה חזקה שאומרים שיש שריפה ויש לעזוב את החדרים ולצאת מהמלון בהקדם קמנו בבהלה עם התקף חרדה מטורף
