There is no way this hotel should be considered a 4 star! + The location is fantastic. The food was good. The nice staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Leisure centre is nice. Pool is clean − The bedrooms are very dated and dont feel special. The beds and pillows were ok. The decor was drab and old. There is no air conditioning or no fridge in the rooms. Curtains dont pull properly across the window and let a lot of light in. The street noise (traffic and deliveries of kegs etc) and the curtains have no ability to block out any of the noise. The shower was terrible. You have to step into the bath and the shower mat doesnt stick properly. Hardly enough room to turn around in it. The shower head is fixed to the wall and the pressure was terrible. The system of getting your room cleaned is ridiculous. About 30 per cent of the staff are very rude (the rest were good.) The smell in one of the corridors was disgusting enough to make me want to vomit (and i was there for 6 nights and it …

Está bien pero no diría que es un 4 estrellas + Excelente ubicación y vistas. Desayuno adecuado pero muy sencillo. Camas cómodas limpias. Se descansa bien de noche. Spa agradable aunque pequeño. − El mobiliario aunque cuidado se nota antiguo. Diría que en algunas cosas es un 3 estrellas y en otras un 4.
