Recomendable + El personal muy agradable. La piscina es un plus, además tienen sauna y jacuzzi. En el restaurante del propio hotel nos trataron y se comía muy bien − El hotel necesita una reforma. Si que está bastante cuidado pero algo anticuado

Uncomfortable stay no + We have been to this hotel many of times as we love this hotel for it's location and how nice the hotel is − We found this time around the bed was very uncomfortable with the springs coming up threw the mattress, which wasn't very pleasant to sleep on, we got away from our 3 special needs children for a 2 night stay to relax but we didn't get to sleep with the discomfort which was very disappointing considering the amount of money we paid for the 2 night stay

I didnt get to stay as they refused my booking as i did not have a credit card + The staff were horrible and rude and would not let me keep my booking as i did not have a credit card even though i had money to pay. I had to at short notice try get a hotel − The staff were horrible.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, very welcoming. + Staff fantastic and good breakfast. − The price was comparable with City centre hotel prices. It was €180 then €29 for our breakfast. We booked with booking.com

+ A large, busy, hotel with a bar and swimming pool and attached gym for the community - perfect for families (I saw many). It is well-located just a few miles from Galway. The restaurant served very tasty food. − Lack of temperature control in the room (the heat was off even though the day was cool).
